(edited portion) I forgot to tell you... you need to change the number to 1 & then each day change your number to reflect the day you are on (I have 38 days past that I have been cheat free so that is the number I used) Have fun & Good Luck!!

I really did not think I could do it but here it is 38 days past! I went back to the first day I began Atkins because I have not slipped yet (that is not to say that I won't ever) ..... Good Luck!!

I think i am really stupid!! I have tried 4 times now to get the star following the directions and cant get it...the only thing that shows up on my posts are the words i typed in ...not the star...HELP MEEEEEEE!!!!!

do it again so I can see what it looks like... if you just copy what I put up there & paste it into your siggy, then erase the * in both of the img tags.... it should work for you
