Do you ever go off plan?

I am still trying to figure out what my body needs, but today for some reason, I wanted fat. So, I went off stillmans quite a bit. Had some ghee, a few nuts, little bit of oil, but definitely remained low carb and ate protein as well.

Just wanted to hear from others if they have done this and did it really throw them off? I had quite a bit of fat today, but I felt satisfied after I ate, so my body was telling me something.

Tomorrow I will go back to plan, and back to the gym in the am. Boy, I need it. I also had a lot of sodium, but from what I have read, that is ok when doing low carb.
