I would lower my goal since it's coming off faster than I thought but I'm going camping all weekend on the lake and there will most likely be drinking! So my plan is to give myself the weekend of off stills and pick up again Monday to lose what I gain and maybe even reach 130 by months end?? Anything is possible!

Well I've completed 2 days back on plan, a little higher fat than Stills, but progress in getting back into ketosis, baby steps for me. I'm not weighing as bloated from TOM's imminent arrival. I'll be participating full on in a Mid May Challenge by the 15th
I have a couple of graduation parties coming up the end of May and want to be in super cute outfits for that, so that will be my kick in the tuckus I need.

Kandi, good job at staying the in the lower numbers for May.

just a quick post....
girls you are doing just fine....going off stills is a Normal thing to do from time to time..give yourselves a rest
we can go back whenever we like!
I feel lucky I have discovered this way of eating cos in a few days makes me feel great about myself.so relax and when ready jump in again
Luminosity I eat ff greek yoghurt every evening,sometimes I chop a bit of cottage cheese inside so I don't get bored with the food.Tastes like a treat to me...

Mind Over Matter, I usually struggle terribly after i fall off to get back on, so much that it has scared me into staying on lol, u will be fine, look at ur numbers when u were on, u were dropping nicely. that always motivates me for a return

Lumosity---we all have those days, i have tried to avoid at them at all costs because i tend to over enduldge when I go off, but as long as u know what ur doing u will be fine

I still feel like cr@p, and have given into comfort foods such as toast and tea, ugh and a slice of pizza two nights ago. However! TOM is done and I have not GAINED. This in itself is a victory. I think I'm going to go with the lack of appetite and just nibble on some steak bites when hungry today.

I'm going away this weekend with my little ones to the LegoFest in Calgary. I'm staying at a friends place, and luckily she is accustomed to the low carb life (her DH is celiac). Here's hoping I stay on track!

Lumosity - I agree with Kandi. Sometimes one day (or even just one meal) off plan will build up your defenses again to get back on track and stay there. Don't feel bad.
Kandi! - Look at you!! You are due for a big drop again, as is your pattern.

I usually eat turkey bacon for breakfast- WHEN I have time I may eat an egg or two- I snack on low fat ham or turkey lunch meat
I made up a bunch of 93/7 hamburger patties I eat for lunch with mustard and for dinner I usually bake some chicken or salmon- I try to get creative with different kinds of Mrs Dash- still gets old!

I drink TONS of water- other than my 1 cup of coffee in the morning- its ALMOST black- just a little powdered creamer and I try to limit myself to 1 coke zero a day...

Pretty much it! Really boring too!

Sounds good. I am a bit frustrated today that I got on the scale and still have not lost a lbs. I might not be eating enough....regardless, I hope it goes away soon. I don't understand.. all I want to do is lose the last 5 lbs! ugh. Breathe..

Have fun with the kids. We visited parts of British Columbia couple years ago, and I have to say the natural beauty was something to behold. Loved the emerald colors of the glacier fed lakes, the snow capped mountains. Still vividly remember seeing a majestic elk just sitting on the grass looking very chilled in Banff ! Anyways, I'm rambling now. Enjoy your time with the kiddies

YOu wil be fine, I too get that way that with the diet soda, I was somewhat addicted to Dt Mt Dew, had to give it up because it was messing with my loss, Now i may have one a week, lol u r doing amazing tho KUTGW

Your body may have found its maintance weight, on anothr thread, i have seen someone remain the same weight for well over a month, she was excited because she found "her resting weight" didnt gain or lose an ounce, even though thats not what your looking for , just thought I would give some input, because I know how frustrating it can truly be, hang in there!

For myself doing terribly, but owning it Big heatwave, in the upper 90's here in LA, combined with awful pms, I'm just putting one foot in front of the other an doing the best I can.

Dang it is hard getting back on when your hormones want you to everything in site. Day 3 off plan. Yesterday wasn't that bad but still wasn't on plan. Today I changed tactics. No carbs but high fat. Praying I can get through today.
True to form my body gains a ton of bloat weight. I have not eaten bad enough to gain all that in fat. It should be gone in a couple of days.
