Welllll wellll wellll , I hit my goal whatdauknow!, im happy but also a little fearful, this week has been hell for me, I truly thnk my loss is more from stressing and not eating which scares me in the sense that when I begin to feel bwetter it will come back, I think I on the verge of a divorce, simply cuz i really feel that he is goin thru a midlife thing, he has been a wonderful man and what a change from my first, i thought i had found the one, but whoever said women are moody, musta missed the boat, I have never seen someone do a 360 with so much hatred all of a sudden outta nowhere, sounds dumb but I swear i dont even know who he is anymore, totally not the man i have been with for the last 5years or the man I married, ohwell life goea on and I am focused on me and my weight! hope all have a great weekend

Kandi, you are doing so well in your weight loss! Try not to attribute your successes to the troubles in your life or it could take on a negative thing in your mind.

As for you and your hubby, I'm going to say something that may be controversial because it's not in the "faith" thread, and I'm not sure what your beliefs are... but here goes. Before you do anything drastic to end your relationship, commit to a good length of time for the "thinking about it" period (say 1 year..?). You say he was a good man. Deep down, under whatever he is going through, he is still that person you fell in love with. Now, for every day that you are "waiting", pray. Pray that he will find peace in his troubles and come back to you and your family. Still live your life, but pray for him. And be prepared to forgive if needed. Sometimes the hardest thing in relationships is letting go of our pride and sense of hurt so that you can be the rock your spouse needs during a difficult time, especially if we need them in return. But if you are a bit more self aware than he is right now, it means you are in a better place. Stay strong, pray, and he will come back to you, and your relationship will be stronger for it.

Well my house was supposed to close today but then I found out yesterday that it will be at least another week. So another trip to the grocery just to get the basics: chicken, eggs, cottage cheese, mozerella cheese sticks and Laughing Cow cheese to get me through this week. I did gain a little because of TOM, but now he's gone, so I'm back to it this week. Really no particular goal at this moment, just wanna see how much I can lose this week. This is Operation: Diet my curves away. (The jerks I work with, taking away their eye candy so they will leave me alone)

Love this! Good for you. TOM always gives us trouble. I completely derailed this month during that time.

Are you moving?

Kandi, Awesome loss! I'm so sorry for what's going on with your marriage. You'll know if/when you've had enough. I do agree with SexyB...not sure if I could commit to a year lol but if it's worth working on then give it all you've got. Either way...we're here for you! Sending hugs your way!!

Wow ok you jusr brought tears to my eyes, You are very true in ur words, what scares me is that the man Im seeing today was the man he used to be prior to meetin me, now it seems his ugly ways have creeped back into his life with me for some reason, But u and some of my close friends and his mom have all said the same thing that he is going thru something and I do belierve that, I have been here for him thru some of the worst times in his life and not to go into detail but even when everyone else walked away i still stood by him, now I actually have been thinking for the last 3 months , i have tried everything to hold this together im not a quitter and not one to run, I was married for 15 years the first time and put up with alot of his infidelities, and i just feel like i am too old to keep this up with the next one, he finds fault in everything I do, and really makes me feel like he is delibertly trying to push me away, BUT i hear u and I will pray for him,. thank u so much for ur insight

You have been a good wife. I'm glad you will pray for him. I will slip in some too okay? Let God heal him. That's not your job. You just lean on and ask Him. Have faith.

Stats: 189.2/184.0/145 5'6" (highest wt. 215)
WOE: Low Carb/Low Fat Stills
Start Date: September 20, 2014 (restart)
Day 1..........183.0
Day 2..........180.2..........2.8 lbs lost
Day 3..........179.0..........1.2 lbs lost..........4.0 lbs lost total
Day 4..........177.8..........1.2 lbs lost..........5.2 lbs lost total

YaY! Down another 1.2 lbs today and I met (beat) my goal for the week of 178 lbs by a whole day! Now I'm going to start working on next week's goal. I am aiming for 173 lbs by next Saturday June 7th. It may be a bit of a stretch, but I want to push myself. Last summer I lost 20 lbs in 20 days, so I want to see if I can do it again! I am feeling so much better about my body, as I've now lost over 15 lbs this month (I was LC'ing earlier in the month as well but fell off the wagon...oops!). I really think my goal of 165 by vacay in July is not only very possible, but I am thinking that I may be able to get into the 150's. *fingers crossed*

Hope everyone had a great Friday, and wishing all a great weekend on plan!

You ladies are doing fabulous!!! Congratulations

I will weigh in tomorrow for my final weigh in. I have been doing well except for eating a handful of Doritos a few days ago... I felt horrible afterwards and sooo not worth it. I've been back on track.

I am expecting TOM within a few days and I'm sure that will be a little set back.

I can do this!!!

You are all very inspiring, thank you.
