Start Date: August 8, 2014 (restart)
Starting over yet AGAIN because I'm tired of being fat and ugly. My goal is 165 by July 20. That's 15 pounds in a month and a half+ so I think it's totally doable if I stick to plan.

Day 1..........183.0
Day 2..........180.2..........2.8 lbs lost

Apparently I was pretty bloated, but I still feel "fluffy" lol so maybe I'll see another good drop tomorrow. I'm setting weekly goals, and this week I hope to be at 178 by Sunday.

It's great to be back!

Awww thanks you guys. I will stick around.

Stormie: don't throw in the towel! I use those up days to take a hard look at what I've been eating (is it on plan? how are my portions? too much salt? etc). Those little ups can be super frustrating! But they will also be revealing if I am willing to look at what I've been doing and own up to it. This is what I say to myself anyway. Sometimes I don't want to look hard at my actions and own up to them, and my inner toddler has a full out temper tantrum when I try to do so! LOL.

I did eat alot of carne asada yesterday...I had bbq'd it on the grill Monday...who knows what it was marinated in. I need to get back to basics...eggs, chicken, cottage cheese.

So yesterday I went for a consult for breast aug- I really feel like I deserve this! After losing almost 70 lbs in the past year and breast feeding two babies, my breast are nonexistent- not fair! So I'm scheduled for July 11th and couldn't be happier about it! I'm going to start in June working out, to tone, now that I'm comfortable with my size. So excited for the new me!

D2L: I have to say, your losses this month are amazing! Truly inspiring! I started April at the weight you started this month. You are doing so well! since we are almost the same weight, may I ask a question? what body type are you? apple, pear, hourglass, etc? You see, I have a friend that is mind boggled when I tell her my weight. She would never have guessed I was over 200. She is a size 14, and I have been since I hit about 214lbs. But she is only like 170, however she is an apple shape and I am an hourglass. I was even reading a thread recently about what size (I know, it depends on make) the women were when they were 200. I'm also only 5'5". I've always guessed that I wore may weight "well", meaning I gained without too much body change in the beginning (hence I didn't notice the runaway train wreck until afterwards LOL)

I am also 5'5" and hourglass shaped. I wear a size 14 and the legs/butt are getting loose. I know exactly what you mean about wearing it well...lol. It took me quite a while to realize I was no longer wearing it well...until it sunk in that I was wearing a size 20.

Down another 1.2 lbs this morning, for a total of 4 lbs lost total! I hope I can keep this momentum going and stay on track with my eating. It was so tempting to eat off plan last night, but I was able to resist and now I'm happy to see a drop on the scale. I know things will level off (hopefully later rather than sooner), but I still love the quicker losses on Stills!

SEXY AND DTL, really u guys r 14s? im 5'3 hourglass and most of my clothes are 16s, they are getting loose now but I seemingly push my fat in a 16 even at 215 [pounds its kinda been the same size for me forever hmmm maybe i should try a smaller size now, lol

Thanks, I hope its not just stress and it continues...this is pretty much the same thing I went thru in the beginning of the month, then when thing settled down and i increased my food intake it started to crepp back up, but one thing for sure the knowledge i am getting from all this is priceless...

Hey Ladies I'm still here and check in daily - you are all doing so well and on the edge of new decades for so many So exciting to see you all work, whatever plan you're doing and move on down.
Sorry for any family stressors that are going on , when I went through my divorce years ago, I got down to 110, felt like crap, but looked great

I'm maintaining well with a little Atkins, little Stills, little of this and that

Groan - this Sunday is church potluck. I will have to bring my own food fo rme, but wondering what to bring to pass for the rest?
Do I bake something I can't eat, just to use up ingredients that needto disappear from my freezer?
Or do I take a tube of ground venison out of my freezer and find a fancy sausage recipe that's legal? I don't have any casings (we don't do pork), but could form sausage shapes and bake, I suppose.
I don't want to break Stillman's yet. My husband says I need to do at least 7 days. And we have a fancy wedding anniversaary trip coming up the first full weekend in June. I may have to start over after that one!

I would totally makes something legal. That way you know there is something there that you can have.

Yep I'm a 14 and quickly approaching a 12. BUT(T)! I carry a lot of weight in my limbs, both arms and legs. I have massive calves and thighs, so provided that I"m not wearing anything modern (ie. "skinny" jeans) I have no problem with the size. I lose first off my waist. Last off my legs and butt. I have always had a very hard time finding pants that fit tight enough in the waist, without me looking like I stuffed too much in the "trunk". LOL. It's funny, many women want the flat tummy, or perky boobs. I want sexy legs. I don't think I've owned a pair of shorts in, oh, say 10 years! If I wear a skirt, which is very rare, it's at the very least past the knees. So you if carry your weight concentrated through your torso, your size makes sense.

But because I wear it so well, you should see the looks I get when I say I want to lose 70 more lbs! When people guess my weight (I don't mind cuz it's actually quite flattering LOL), they assume I'm (now) around 170. Taking into account my currently lost 40 lbs, they start to think I'm crazy! I have a small frame, and other than the muscles in my legs, oh and the fact that down at that size I have almost NO chest, 130 is actually higher than when I was most fit at this height. They say, "You'll be too skinny!".

I'm like "Nope I will thin, comfortable in my own skin, and will look a LOT different" (which is what most people have a hard time with I think).

SexyB...My body is exactly the same! When I tell people I want to lose another 50-70# they think I'm insane. No matter how thin I've been I've always had a big butt and thighs...sigh. Oh well...we're looking good!!

Hi girls!!! and any guys out there. The last time I posted was May 9th--wt 198. Today 195 so I am truly in ONEDERLAND!!! these last 3 pounds have been slooooow, but I am hanging in there. So glad to read that you all are doing great!!! Also the problems of life some of you are having, you aren't alone. I can relate to just about everything you girls throw out there. I am 63 yrs old and have seen a lot in my time. But for the last 30 yrs I have had a wonderful life, Not perfect, but wonderful. So hang in there and Let's all work together and LOSE IT!!!!
