Asking All Ketchup Lovers

I'm a little new to this. I see posts on here all the time about the reduced calorie ketchup. I have been using Paula Dean's Sugar Free Barbecue Sauce. I LOVE it! I would use it even if I were not on this diet. There are 10 calories and 2 carbs in 2 Tablespoons. So how does that compare to the ketchup? Just wondering what your opinions are and if you think it's ok to use in moderation? I try not to go over 3T per day.

I've been using the Heinz reduced sugar ketchup, and it's the same - per TBS 10 cals and 1 carb. I love it and is saving me with the dry foods. I use it quite liberally.
Someone also told me to make bbq sauce with it, by boiling it in a can of diet coke and adding bbq spice rub, which I'm going to try.

Ok, I need a copy of that recipe..... I really miss BBQ sauce and in Canada we don't have as many options.

That was all I got, just use those ingredients and cook it up, I guess experiment with the consistency, I'll get some spice rub this week and try it out, I'll let you know how it turns out.
