Well I made it 30 days!!! and I never cheated!!!

I would have LOVED to end the challenge at a 20 pound loss - i know, greedy greedy me , BUT...I will take my 17.5 loss. I stalled out right in the end, maaaaan! But, I have decided to jump right into another round of 30 days. I am feeling good, and I think I was letting too much fat creep in there at the end...if I get back to super lean cuts I think I can get to losing again. Today I have stuck to hard boiled eggs and plain turkey burgers. SO - tomorrow is a new DAY 1, I know I can do it AGAIN with the support of this awesome group.

Here are my 30 day stats

Day 1 155.5
Day 2 153.5
Day 3 153
Day 4 151
Day 5 150
Day 6 149.5

Day 17 143.5
Day 18 142.5
Day 19 142

CONGRATS JB, "JUNEBUG!" :jump joy: what an accomplishment. Don't you feel AMAZING? Yippy for you! And, I'm so glad you are going to be around for another month! You're such an inspiration! I love to watch others succeed. Look at a 10 lb. bag of potatoes. You almost lost 2 OF THOSE SUCKERS! Your heart is thanking and loving you so for doing this. You will live 3-5 yrs longer, did you know that? When you lost 20 lbs. you extend your natural life, sans accidents and disease, 5 yrs.! PRAISE GOD!

I'm feeling great. FInally in Ketosis! I ADORE KETOSIS, she's my best bud. The razor sharp energy and mental clarity are so wonderful. I love the appetite suppression and the feeling of fat being chomped off my bone, is a thrill. LOL

I have been eathing one of my meal with a bit more fat than ususal. I eat half a ckn thigh and 3-4 oz of mixed ultra lean beef 90-10, and 85-15 beef/less of the fatty stuff though and it is amazingly keeping my blood sugar so low. I figured the fat is almost the same or even less than 2 whole eggs which are allowed. Also, 4 oz of Salmon is 12 gr of fat so I figure this is okay too and we can eat Salmon all day long. I wanted to try it out and see how it goes with the higher fat ckn and the bit hire fat lean beef.

I remember a buddy here who ate ckn thighs and legs throught her entire wt. loss journey and she dropped a ton of wt. quick!

Hope all of you wonderful gals are having successful eating this weekend.

HUGS.
Beth

Hi CC, Hi GT. Miss you girls.

Looking forward to spring break next week and a 3 day weekend before beginning my new job on the 18th. Classes start back up on the 17th.
I just finished midterms too! Good for you for staying on track while doing exams!

Yay! I'm so happy with my losses so far! I know it will slow, but it would be awesome if I can average a pound a day loss like I was able to do last summer. I really want to get down to 162 again as that was my lowest at the end of August.

Hope everyone had a good weekend! I was supposed to jump right into day 1 again (day 31 technically) for a second round of Stills, but, I decided to have one atkins day and ate some cheese, a nice big salad and some other green veggies along with my protein. I felt like I needed the nutrients. I didnt have anything bad though - even though I came face to face with cupcakes The salad, after stills, was treat enough, lol. Tomorrow, strict stills for another 30 days.

Good morning everyone! Well, I'm still working on getting out of the 170's still! I'm glad to say though that I'm at a new low of 171lbs this morning! I've lost a total of 5.4lbs since starting on March 1. I'll admit that I wish I'd be dropping pounds like crazy, but TOM is still around, and I am working out.

On the plus side, if I can drop 4.6lbs by day 14, that means I would have lost 10lbs in two weeks! My goal this week is to lose the 4.6lbs to make it an even 10lb loss in two weeks.

Hopefully just by sticking to plan I'll start seeing bigger drops.

MARCH CHALLENGE

Week 1
Day 1: 176.4lbs
Day 2: 176lbs
Day 3: 174.5lbs
Day 4: 173.3lbs
Day 5: 172.7lbs
Day 6: 171.9lbs
Day 7: 172.7lbs
Week One Losses = 3.5lbs!

Week 2
Day 8: 172.3lbs
Day 9: 171.7lbs
Day 10: 171lbs

Good losses! I remember reading your past posts as I like to go back to the old forums for inspiration. I'd love to be 162.. god the last time I saw those numbers were in early 2011!

Booooo. Was hoping for a bigger loss. Took my 5 yr old twins to the Lego Movie and remained on plan all day despite wicked temptations. Was kind of hoping for a bigger reward. LOL. BUT, it's back to the daily grind at work and I find that I always lose WAY better when in strict daily schedule mode.

Hello ladies! Well, after many months apart my husband has moved home- (we lived apart for work) and I forgot how much of a bad influence he was on my eating habits! We've gone out a bazillion times since he's been here. I got my weight down to 185 and then BAM food central.

He's going on a cleanse himself, so this is a perfect time for me to be hardcore Stills for the next ten days. We're going home to visit family- and I've already lost 25lbs since I've moved away from them, so it would be great to up that number and wow some people.

If I could lost 8-10lbs in those ten days I would be STOKED.

This morning I'm 186.5. Hardcore Stills here we GO!

WOW! You girls are just KILLIN It!! So proud of you!!

I was too scared to weigh this morning after my three days of insane eating and serious drinking. But I'm back at it. I said I wasn't going to weigh till friday and give myself some recovery time, but I know that I'll probably do it tomorrow. I have no powers over the song of the scale.

17.5 pounds in a month..WOW...I'm just so impressed!!

Ugh didnt get to post yesterday, only dropped 2 ounces, and had a spike im not proud of this morn, however its my own fault, even tho i didnt go hog wild, i didnt drink any water yesterday and I overdid it on the Dt Dew and had a low carb wrap, um yea ok I get it my body is extremely sensitive to carbs of any kind and I cant do it, I have had extreme stomach cramping and i can feel the bloat , i will be glad when it passes and i can get back to feeling the non bloat , as dissapointed as I am, Im still optimistic even tho the scale does not seem to be on my side,..I CAN DO BETTER, AND I WILL DO BETTER!

Kandi! 2 Things: I THINK YOU MAY HAVE CANDIDA ISSUES. Seeing your posts and how you "bloat up and gain so quickly with eating any carbs" I think this is an issue. Are you on Birthcontrol pills? Also, the Diet MntDew has carbs it is NOT Carb free. Those add up. So try to ditch the Mnt Dew and try Handson's they have amazing sodium free sodas.

Things are going great. I can feel the fat melting away. I'm not weighing for two weeks as the scale kills me. I've been through this process so many times that I know when I'm rockin' it.

KUTGW everyone! We can do this! It's just basic bio chem.

Hugs,
Beth

Stats: 195.2/190.0/135 5'6" (highest wt. 215)
WOE: Low Carb/Low Fat Stills
Start Date: August 8, 2014 (restart)
Day 1..........184.2 lbs
Day 2..........182.0 lbs..........2.2 lb loss
Day 3..........179.6 lbs..........4.6 lb loss
Day 4..........179.2 lbs..........5.0 lb loss

Mini loss today, only 0.4 lb. But....ANY loss is a WIN! I need to start taking magnesium again as I'm a little less regular (and I'm guessing why my loss today was so small).

Keep up the good work everyone! We can do this!

Thank you!

We can both reach our goals! I just wish I had stuck with it like you did. I have been struggling with binging and about 10 attempted restarts. For some reason, this time seems to be working.

I had a hard time getting back on track. I'm really not sure what got me to stick with it this time. I think a few reasons really.. getting sick of the on/off thing and only losing the same pounds over and over again. If not for that, I'd be at goal by now.

UGH...I knew better than to weigh today. I should have waited a week like i had planned. BLAH...

I gained 5 pounds this weekend but to tell you the truth, I'm not surprised. In fact, I'm surprised it wasn't more and I'm also surprised that my liver is still functioning. lol!!

So here we go again...I'm sure its mostly water bc even with the "bad" food I still tracked my cals which weren't nearly as bad as i would have thought with all that sugar.

My hands and ankles are still puffy and tight so today I have 6 hard boiled eggs waiting on me to eat em through the day. I've found the soloution to the over eating of cottage cheese that was plauging me. I'm putting two spoons of it on my SF jello and that is satisfying me fully. Thank goodness. I thought that cottage cheese was going to be the death of me.

Anyhoo, I'm optimistic! I started back today at
162.2 I need to see 149 in a bad kinda way and I think that i can do that in the next 21 days!

Things are going great. I can feel the fat melting away. I'm not weighing for two weeks as the scale kills me. I've been through this process so many times that I know when I'm rockin' it.

KUTGW everyone! We can do this! It's just basic bio chem.

Hugs,

thank you for responding, i just find that it is crazy how, now it seems the least little carb affects me tremendously, I have cut way back on the Dt dew, i have had no choice but to, and I agree even one of those are affecting me now, I have increased my water intake i drink at least 8-10 16oz bottles a day, its almost as tho I CANT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING, i have seen some serious changes in how my body reacts to ccarbs lately, it is almost as if it adapts to the bare minimum, then any conumption of them bloats me like crazy, i dont know I know i have been struggling for sometime now and its frustrating , since i actually can have the right mindset and restrict myself to this type of eating and not see results, im really at a loss right now. Not on any birth control, but what is the Candida?
