Wow Ladies! There are so many posts I can't keep up!

I am down another 2 lbs so I am happy I am now at my pre planned binge weight! This is why weekly planned binges or going off plan are not good on stills it takes about a 4-5 days to get to your pre-binge weight. I have done stills a long time so I knew what I was getting myself into but be warned. 1 meal isn't usually so bad but a whole day or weekend can really set you back!

Patty: Those fat bombs sound delicious. I am going to have to try them next time I stall or just find myself wanting something not stillmans legal. I find I need to have a high fat low carb treat about once a week to keep myself going for long stretches.

Thank you I am happy, but scared , lol last month I hit onederland for 2 days, and POOF it was gone lol, but i will remain optimistic and continue to push , I was lucky this month, I was ending TOM as I began again, it has worked better so far for me, hopefully urs will too, Still not to bad of a loss for ya

YDKM, I am sooo sorry to hear about your anger outburst with you baby boy! I HATE UNBALANCED HORMONES! ARGH!!! My hormones have pleaged me for years until I found a Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement DR. who saved my life!

Please, know that you are not alone... I want to encourage we all that THIS PROCESS TAKES TIME, TRIAL AND ERROR to see what works for our bodies! We HAVE TO BE PATIENT DURING THIS PROCESS and allow time to heal and restore our health. Given that, just know that you WILL NOT LOSE EVERY DAY, PERIOD! So, please do not get discouraged by a number on the scale... It doesn't read the true fat loss... So much goes into this. Sometimes our bodies will hold onto extra water in our fat cells as there is a homeostasis that needs to be balanced. This happens all the time with women.

Futhermore, an added Hormone ditty~ When Adipose/Fat cells shrinking, they also release into our blood streams, Estrogen as Estrogen is stored in Adipose Tissue!. Hence all the wacky TOM issues that are associated with this WOE. Extra Estrogen will prohibit wt. loss as well. DRINK YOUR WATER and wait it out. Hi everyone! Just popping in to say good night! Looks like everyone is busting their butts! We all made it one more day! lol, I guess thats all we can do right? Hang in there, make good choices for 24 hrs, and then do it all again the next day lol. Loving the support and humor of this great group. Go us!

Interesting self observation...I love diet coke, and didn't give it up when I started this challenge, BUT...I am on day 28 and the last week or so I haven't really wanted it, and when I do drink it, it tastes too sweet. I guess being SUPER low carb has made it less desirable. Going to take the opportunity to try and ditch it. I know its a bad habit. So, there you go, a totally unexpected side effect of stills

One more thing we have in common, lol. I was totally addicted to dt mtn dew, now I barely think about, whenever I'm craving something sweet I take few drinks of one then I'm done , never ever thought that would happen

Good morning everyone! Well my weight bounced back up to a number I had two days prior. I think it's due to a combination of a few things - TOM starting, working out with a personal trainer, and not drinking enough water. So, I just prepped up my big 3 liter and will be drinking that all day, and for the next few days. So I hear senna tea calling my name?! LOL!

MARCH CHALLENGE
Day 1: 176.4lbs
Day 2: 176lbs
Day 3: 174.5lbs
Day 4: 173.3lbs
Day 5: 172.7lbs
Day 6: 171.9lbs
Day 7: 172.7lbs
Week One Losses = 3.5lbs!

This is the first morning I woke up really hungry, so I may change up my menu a bit.

Does anyone use unsweetened almond milk? I figure it wouldn't hurt to add it to my menu for a few days since it is 1 carb. I'm thinking of changing up my menu for the next few days and enjoying an egg cream in the morning. My favorite way to make it is with 2-3 eggs blended in 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, stevia, cinnamon, and flax seed oil. Plus, flax seed oil "keeps things moving" lol! And for people like me who don't enjoy seafood, this is a great way to get some healthy fats in. I still wouldn't be over 40 grams for the day.

I need to keep posting because it keeps me motivated and on track! (I have binge eating issues and this woe kills my cravings after a few days...so if I make it to day 3, I'm golden! Week 1 Loss: 3 lbs This I'm good with! It keeps me on track with my goal of 12-15 lbs per month. NSV: I was able to put on a pair of Lucky Brand jeans today that i had only worn once or twice before they got too small. I better wear them a lot in the next few weeks before they get too big!

Ugh, here i go again, up and down up and down i feel like an elevator, but I think its my IBS kicking in, after dinner last night i got the worst stomach cramps ever, all i ate was 3 broiled chicken thighs and water, wow it hurt so bad i went to bed early, I could tell that whatever was going on was bloating me a bit and i knew the scale was not gonna make me happy this morning, and it didnt but I am still gonna remain focused, this too shall pass. i still feel bloated this morn, so i am hoping for some good results when this does pass. have a great weekend everyone .

Hey ladies! I am hanging in here....I had mid-terms all week this week and it was my second to last week at my current job and I am attempting to train people to do everything I did.

I am down to 214.8 so the scale did move and TOM did come with a vengeance. My 16 year old is being mroe trouble than ever and the stress is wearing on me. I have had a migraine for 3 days straight.

Looking forward to spring break next week and a 3 day weekend before beginning my new job on the 18th. Classes start back up on the 17th.

I ended up eating some an omelet for lunch since I forgot to unfreeze my chicken, ugh! So, the fat will be higher today since I added some butter for the pan. Even though it is non stick, I've tried to make an omelet before with the pam spray.. did not work!

On the plus side, my cheese omelet was delicious! And, I'm off to the gym soon for a workout.

Seriously, how the hell are you?

Things have been wild since my Dad passed September 2012. Trying to 'handle' my Mom. It's been an adventure to say the least. More later if you really want to know.

I have been in the maintain lane, too lazy to go those last fifteen pounds. Still in my size US 6 and loving it.

GEeez, these flucuations are killing me, Im so tired of up 1 down a half....same crap last month....I truly hope i get some answers on the 17th from the Doc , and as frustrating as it is i suppose the big picture isnt that bad 4.4 gone in a week!

Woohoo! I REALLY struggled last night with the dreaded initial migraine but I'm glad I pushed through! Today I'm a little headachy but things will hopefully be a bit smoother now. I know that was a water weight loss but I'll take ANY loss! I'm hoping to stick to Stillmans for 3 weeks this time.

Mar 8 227 This is totally my own fault. Went on date with my DH last night, which is really rare and caved on the spinach dip with breadsticks. Ate more than I planned. Oh well! Today is another day. Just have to get in lots of water! and really stick to plan.

Everyone is doing so very well! And I do have to agree, everyone here seems really focused on seeing results. It's very motivating.
