I ended up eating off plan yesterday. Not that I wanted to, but I have been having the worst stomach ache since this past weekend and yesterday was the worst. I was eating anything to try and feel better. :/ So far so good this morning though. So, back to plan!

I got a call last night that I got the job, and I start Monday! It is only 5 hrs, 5 days a week, but it is still extra money coming in!

WOE: Low Carb
Start Date: October 27, 2014 (restart)
Day 1..........184.2 lbs
Day 2..........182.0 lbs..........2.2 lbs lost
Day 3..........179.6 lbs..........4.6 lbs lost
Day 4..........179.2 lbs..........5.0 lbs lost
Day 5..........177.0 lbs..........7.2 lbs lost
Day 6..........177.0 lbs..........7.2 lbs lost
Day 7..........176.2 lbs..........8.0 lbs lost
Day 8..........175.2 lbs..........9.0 lbs lost
Day 9..........Did not weigh
Day 10.........174.8 lbs..........9.4 lbs lost
Day 11.........173.4 lbs........10.8 lbs lost
Day 12.........172.2 lbs........12.0 lbs lost
Day 13.........Did not weigh
Day 14.........172.8 lbs.........11.4 lbs lost

Slight bounce UP by 0.6 lb I ate a bit off plan and had some pork rinds so I'm guessing the extra sodium is the culprit. I'm not kicking myself because at least it was low carb and I've been eating clean up to this point. I mean it's not like I ate a whole pizza or anything! Back on plan today though.

Awesome work everyone!

You are doing great. Pork rinds are definitely better than a whole pizza. I almost always gain about a pound in water retention after eating them. They are a nice treat once in awhile.

Well, I had a little mini baby loss today of about 0.3lb... Still a downward trend, so I cannot complain.

First Week Stats:

March 13 - STARTED STILLMAN'S at 215.8 lbs
March 14 - 213 lbs
March 15 - 212 lbs
March 16 - 210.2 lbs
March 17 - 208.5 lbs
March 18 - 208 lbs
March 19 - 206.8
March 20 - 206.5 (didn't make my arbitrary goal of 205, but I am still happy!)

Total loss for Week 1 of super-strict Stillman's: 9.3 lbs

Good luck today everyone!

Pretty sure that to only net up by 0.5 lb after pork rinds, you must have had some actual loss! So take heart in that and I am sure the real loss will show in a day or two! Drink lots of water!

I shouldn't have weighed today. I had a higher calorie day yesterday (a conscious decision) at 1300 cals. Starting a fat fast today. Will do it for 2-3 days then back on Stillmans with plain old fish and chicken. I"m also cutting out all artificial sweeteners and any form of cheese. Boy, do I really wish I liked eggs.

Today I am Back, first day of many, most of you know of my challenges that I have with stalling after the first week or 2, but i been reading about the fat fasts and fat bombs and believe I am gonna give it a shot when i hit that dreaded stall this time, still facing some medical issues with my thyroid, honestly it kinda took the wind out of sail, and i gave up, been eating every piece of choc and carb i can get my hands on, then Yesterday I came back on here to take a peak at how everyone is doing, and once again , it was motivation enough for me to want to jump back in, I was shocked to see that I actually didnt gain as much as thought I had , but I feel like crap, bloated and puffy and tummy is yukkos.... but I am looking forward to that being gone by the weekend, Hope everyone has a great day!

Oh geez so today my hunger has been ravenous. Maybe those pork rinds kicked it up a notch. So I was going back and forth between having an off plan meal and staying on plan. On one hand I didn't want to derail myself but on the other hand if I didn't treat myself I would put myself at risk for a big binge. I finally compromised with myself (lol) and had wings for dinner. Yes, an indulgence but at least it was low carb and less likely to awaken any cravings. Mmm they were yummy! So back on track tomorrow!

Starting day 3. Today I woke up starving to death! The last 2 days have been fairly easy because I have had higher fat to ease into the plan. Nothing too bad, just a little cheese on a hamburger patty. My sons Birthday party is Sunday. Hopefully I will have no appetite by then. Pizza and Birthday cake is hard to resist!

Day 1 232.8
Day 2 231.0
Day 3 229.2 Out if the 30s! yay!

Oh man, yeah not liking eggs would make it a bit harder. It is my go to for a lot of meals and snacks.

Good choice! I hope I can make as smart a decision when I am faced with the same problem.

I know what you mean! Trying to get back on plan after going off, and then being sick. I'm not even going to weigh myself for the time being. I plan on just eating tons of eggs and turkey, and drinking a lot of water to keep hydrated.

I'm thinking three days to start, and if it goes well, 5. Then back on to Stills. I have a total of 10 days to lose 4 lbs to stay on target for the month. I SHOULD be able to do it.... Everyone is doing great!!

Well I made the cream cheese muffins, and some fat bombs. I had some bacon (per the fat fast cook book i bought on kindle) as my only protein (worked out to about 80%fat). Today i cut that out (thinking the sodium is a problem), and replaced with macadamia nuts. I sometimes wonder if the macro breakdown on *** is correct on the fat bombs and the muffins. I hate eggs and avocado, so those are out for me. And cream cheese, mayo and sour cream HAVE to mixed with something or it makes me gag. LOL I'm such a picky eater...

Down another 1 lb today, moving in the right direction again. Good to know the wings didn't mess everything up! My 2 week loss (Friday AM to Friday AM) is 12.4 lbs! Of course that was 9 lbs in the first week and 3.4 lbs in the second week. But in all, I am happy with my second week losses. My goal is to do even better in the upcoming week!

This may be TMI, but does anyone else have REALLY strong smelling urine? Mine is so strong! I haven't experienced this before on stillmans.

Happy Friday everyone!

That's ketosis for you! I'm sure you are drinking water like a madwoman with your fantastic losses, but usually the suggestion to help with this is to drink more!

I started on Monday at 152. Im finally down today 150.4. Im so glad to finally see a loss I was so close to quiting. My husband started on Monday also. He has done great and lost over 10 lbs. This is awesome since he lost over 170 lbs in the past year and a half. He was worried about gaining weight while recovering from surgery so after a week of resting he started this program on Monday and has done great. Im hoping to get back in the 140's soon.

I lose about the same in a 2 week period on stills. You are doing fabulous.
I have never personally had the strong smelling urine. I get the awful dry mouth and smelly breath.

Congrats on the loss, both you and your husband! My husband is also doing the plan with me. It definitely helps when he does. I just hate that he loses the weight a lot fast than I do.

Starting Day 1

I have been lurking this board for a couple of weeks, thank you for having this board! Thank you all for doing Stillman's :-) It is great that there is support for this diet still out there.

I am on Day 1 today due to the TMO which delayed the process a bit. I know I'm joining at the end of the month but, I'll move over the April's thread and go my full month.

Day 1 - 248.6lbs

[QUOTE=BrattyS;16844824]Starting day 3.

Day 1 232.8
Day 2 231.0
Day 3 229.2 Out if the 30s! yay!

Great job :-)

Mar 7 - Mar 14 226-222.4 Week 2 Loss: 3.6 lbs
Mar 14 - Mar 21 222.4 - 221.2 Week 3 Loss: 1.2 lbs

Mar 22 219 Day 2 of fat fast. Last night I was feeling sorry for myself as my DH made a yummy taco salad (without the tortillas) that I couldn't have. BUT! I stuck to it though as I really wanted to see the result on the scale. Well, I am very pleased.

Yay Good for you , I soooo have lost my motivation and focus, its crazy to me how much of a mental game i play with myself , when im focused theres nothing stopping me and when im not theres nothing that makes me want to go , i get so frustrated with the stalls that i allow it to make me lose my focus, because I feel like I have been doing the right thing and not seeing results really gets me , but i am trying to make my way back , i do know that i physically feel better on plan than off, even if the scale doesnt reflect it, i feel so bloated and yukky off of it , so hopefully the hard work will pay off sooner than later., I am happy to see that u r sticking it out too, i was so good in feb and have totally blown it in march

Hi everyone! Well its late in the month but I wanted to jump in here....I've been doing (pretty much ) Stillman's the last few weeks. But I love the support here on the board and love to see everyone's results. Even with stills results are slower now because I am closer to target...I have to remind myself to be patient and strict! but we'll all get there!
