LOL maria........it's the Super Bowl enjoy your treat!

hamburgers!

I am enjoying out warm up (32F), waiting for the snow to slide off of the roofs before shoveling out.

DH's BFF and wife might drop in so I bought buffalo chicken tenders and mozzzerella sticks in case they show up. Hey, it's the Super Bowl!

Hello Everyone!!

Hey Guys I am new to stillman's. Actually I am new to any low card diet. I ran across one of your threads yesterday when I was looking for a faster way to take off the weight. I have a 10th anniversary trip to Costa Rica in 50 days and need to take off the weight fast. I have been able to lose 40 lbs but it has taken me almost a year. Honestly it goes against my instincts to diet without fruits and veggies but I promised myself I would stick to the plan for two weeks and if I see a good loss it will convince me. I am hopeful!

go for it prely! Fruits and vegetables are overrated. A nice addition for variety but not a requirement for health.

Hi Ladies, Happy Superbowl day! I started Stillmans TODAY and wanted to know if I could join your group? I'm new to this forum and still trying to figure my way around...I get lost in the threads with multiple pages! Starting weight 152lbs and would like to get to 125! I'm not new to low carb but I need some support to remain consistent.

I hope you all are doing wonderful and I'd like to support you all in any way I can!

Good Monday everyone, I hope no one went to far off plan for the Super Bowl yesterday. I watched the game with a big ol glass of water!

Today is weigh in day but I don't think I have a loss this week but after 12 pounds in weeks I am ok with that. I just keep going for next week weigh in.

I'll post menus later, have a great day everyone.

help

i am posting as a new thread and as a reply in two forums...not sure how to use the site yet...sorry!!! hi everyone....i am in need of help and support..i have been on a no/lo carb diet for 3 years ...lost 30 lbs and kept it off until around this past halloween...i started eating candy and now i have gained ten lbs!! I began on a very strict stillman nocarb and lost quickly then started eating salads with meat and cheese and lots of veggies and alittle fruit ..basically gave up all starch, pasta, bread, potatoes.. but since october i have been eating candy and sugar and i can not stop!..so yesterday i decided its time!...although people think i am fit i feel awful with this extra weight ...i practically stopped exersizing ...my clothes do not fit and i feel lazy and unhealthy ...so its time!!! yesterday i ate eggs and chicken and salad but i was starving and dying for something sweet...was so restless ... and crabby but i stuck with it and signed up here for help and advise and to know im not alone in this!...i want to loose it fast! so i was thinking of going back to the very strict stillman diet ..please remind me how good that works!...i swear i want to sit on the couch and eat a box of valentines candy

Did any of you watch The Biggest Loser finale last night? Rachel won and weighed in at 105 lb. She looked gaunt and sickly. I think she's gone too far and is starting to look anorexic.

Any way. Back on the wagon again. Eating lots of eggs today along with lots of water. Looking for a good drop over the next week.

Also, I just found this version of a Mayo Clinic diet plan that says you will lose about 20 pounds in two weeks. It has eggs, grapefruit, meat, etc. It's not the one with the bacon. This plan specifically states you are only to use it two weeks. The notes on the bottom include that whisky may be taken on days when meat is eaten... LOL. I thought that was pretty odd. Maybe it originated in Ireland... is that where they drink a lot of whiskey? Hope I'm giving all of you a little laughter... it helps with the weight loss, you know?

I'm almost finished with my second bottle of water and it's only lunch time. So, it looks like I'll do well on the water today.

Oh... I forgot to weigh myself this morning so I won't be able to tell you pounds lost; however, I should be able to feel some inches coming off and will weigh tomorrow.

Have a good day, everyone!

Hi Honies, slightly off track today, I made chicken breasts stuffed with lean ham and cheese with pork scratching bread crumbs, they were lovely, but, have to say, although vlc, I'm feeling a bit podgy tonight.my numbers are the same 73.4 ish, have drank loads of water but still bouncing around, peeing me off now, as I was losing fairly well in the beginning, oh wel, will carry on and have steaks cheese and ham tomorrow. Good luck everyone, you're all doing great, and for those who are feeling naughty, leave the wine, choccies and goodie cupboard alone lol xxx ps still in ketosis but will be interested to check tomorrow with using pork scratchings, even though they said 0 carbs onbtge bag xx

Hi ladies,

So i weighed myself today and the scale showed two different numbers each time, lol. I'm not sure which one to consider as the official reading. I might be 184 or 182. Either way I am glad.

Stats:

Feb 1- 188
Feb 7 - 184-182 (not sure)

And good job Kandi313. You're the motivation we need, keep up the good work!

Thank u , I have had some serious yo-yo-ing for about 9 months now, I finally got my mindest back where it should be and have no desire to cheat (which i did quite often before) lol but now I am in somewhat of a routine and enjoy seeing the scale move down instead of up, Stick with it u will be fine , there are days that it wont budge, but then it will eventually drop Good luck to u!

Back to stillmans

Hello all ! I was on the boards back in. 2011 and 2012. I lost 30 lbs on stillmans And kept the weight off for two years
I went through a divorce and Moved to LA and gained weight due to depression
I'm much better now and getting back om the horse . I've been doing stillmans again and I decided to rejoin the boards for support and ideas and motivation
I'm all alone out here in LA lol

I lost 11 lbs in the first 2 weeks and now my weight had been stuck for 5 days
This is interesting , no cheats or anything
I'm hoping I can find some ideas on how to get the scale moving again

I look forward to discussions

hi akagal! I am just starting stillmans, so I dont have too much advice, though I am sure someone will! I have done atkins since 2011, and got to goal (110 yay!), and then I got waaaaay too relaxed and most of the weight back, so I totally get the frustration of having to loose the weight all over again How long did it take you to loose the 30 pounds your first time around?
