New here :) sharing success and joy and stuff!
I am a new member, been lurking here for sometimes now. Wasn't sure where to start so i'm starting a new thread.
I started stillman's 7 days ago and already lost 8 pounds even though yesterday I binged on fast food and sugared almonds, the scale showed 2 pound drop this morning :jumpjoy:
Height: 5' 5.5" (167cm)
Start weight: 196-197 pounds
Goal weight: 130-140 pounds whichever comes first without breaking down into a sobbing mess!
day 1: 196 pounds
Day 7: 188 pounds
Good job...you'll get there. Stillman's can help a lot..it does keep the cravings down because of the ketosis you achieve faster than Atkin's or other plans. Best of luck.
Hi Oh Hamburgers! ... I hope you are still around and didn't give up. Stick with low carb and for me, I must keep the fat fairly low also. I do however, add some of the lowest glycemic veges most days. Low carb works! Keep it up!

No i haven't fallen off the wagon yet but had too many cheat days. I need to visit here often for motivation, i guess. Atleast I'm still down 2 pounds and not up, so all is good.
Hoping to go a whole week without cheats. Wish me luck :)
two pounds is good! Just keep on truckin! SOme people like me are envious of people who don't take life quite so seriously and can allow yourself to have a cheat now and then. So CHeers!
