Ironically, I meant to start this way of eating in January and never did! I've had a horrible time trying to stick to low carb since the holidays. My lowest weight was 175lbs and I hit that last week. But I had my drill weekend, and our lunches are not low carb friendly at all. Jumping on board today! Getting sick of bouncing the same few pounds since November. I could have met goal by now if I had buckled down.

I am still having my HWC for my coffee, but I'll be eating mostly chicken and eggs. TOM is here, so I like to eat the canned chicken since it has more salt.

Day 1: 175.9lbs
