Sample daily menu plan, PLEASE

Hi! I have been doing low carb Atkins since July 1, although I have lost 15 lbs., I am at a standstill for the past 3 wks, I loose a pound then gain then loose but the total weight is stuck at 146. I have not cheated once. Kept to proteins, vegetables and some 2-3 days fruit days with 10 almonds and good fats olive oil. I think I am sensitive to fat. I would like to kick my weight in the bud and start losing some serious weight. I am going to China in Oct. and I know that I will not be able to eat low carb, so I want to loose as much as possible before I go and hope that I will not put on any weight as my days will be spent walking a lot.

Any daily menus of what you are eating to help me out would be appreciated.

Check out the past threads. You will see many day to day menus.
I would also read the sticky notes above to understand your options.

If it were me, I would skip the fruit for now.

Stillmans is very low fat. Maybe give it a go and see how you do?

Sometimes I have days where I just eat one thing just to keep it even simpler. Like yesterday was my fish day. I ate tilapia and whiting fish, and shrimp with cocktail sauce. Tomorrow will be my turkey day. I bought some turkey cutlets and made them tonight so that I will have them ready. Then I will have a chicken day. Sometimes I mix it up, though. Just stick with lean meats and low fat cheese and u will do great!

I buy diet cheerwine because it's sweetened with Splenda instead of Aspartame. Idk if I have that where u are. I've been all over the world and never heard of it til I came to Virginia!

I normally eat two hard boiled eggs for breakfast, tuna for lunch and then turkey/chicken for dinner.
I don't use any fat to cook with but sometimes use a teeny bit of mayo with my tuna.
