Alright just up .6 so happy about that and been fully on plan again. Its getting to the week in my month I know the losses will be slow to none and I have a few days before that so hopefully I can move a couple. Almost to the teens woohoo!

I guess the skim milk in my coffee and the full fat cheese must have caught up to me, or Stillman's doesn't produce a steady daily loss. I will see how tomorrow goes. Today I have no loss, I am still holding 188lbs. I did get my Stillman's QWL book today. I bought it off Amazon, but a friend of mine got hers from her local library. I wish I would have thought of that, the book cost $27.00 on Amazon. I will read the book and make adjustments to my food selections, including dropping the cheese and milk. I plan to try to stick with strict Stillman's until October 23, 2013. I have to go out of town for a few days, so I don't want the hassle of dealing with the restrictions. I will just do LC while I am away. Depending on how I feel upon my return, I will decide if I will pick up with Stillman's or stay on LC.

Thank you all for welcoming me. I look forward to the support and motivation you guys give off.

Hi guys,
I'm looking forward to the October thread. I just didn't stick with the plan too much this month. I'm thinking of trying to work with myself a little by using Stillmans as a down day and doing the Judd thing with it. It sounds more doable for me. I've been missing pizza night.and taco nightand spaghetti night and potato night......I miss carbs. But if this new plan works I'll be sooooo happy.

This is a really nice group of peeps,,,,the ole and new ones. Hope to see everyone losing together in the next month.

Congratulations to all who dropped some pounds and we will do much better for those that didn't stick to plan enough,,,,like me

Hi guys still on plan with tom coming had cravings last night but had a couple slices of salami and that bit of extra fat helped and a sugar free candy for full disclosure. Haha
Hope I make it through the next week on plan cause that will set me up for good whooshes the next week. Oops forgot to add the jello too.

11 lbs for the month very happy with that. Been shooting for 10 lbs a month. K will check ya later.

Had my ups and downs this month, but still came away with a 13.5 pound loss. I'll take it!

I will give it another go in October, although I will be traveling for work the end of the month.

Ok.. Today marks my first week on stillman's and I'm done 3 lbs yay!!! I possibly lose even more then get my digital scale until 09-26-13 and weight in at 195.5. friday I lose 2lbs and every day since then only been points of a point. like point .6, .2 and so forth. But today I weight in at 192.8. lbs so I'm very happy that the scale is going down and not up. Really was kind of disappointed because some people on her have lose 10lbs or more during their first week,, but I won't give up. I'll take my 3lbs a weeks if that's all it'll be.

Hi peeps!! Yay on the losses--hope i'll b having some soon!!! I am soooo hungry, it's unreal! I was never hungry on Stills-ever. So far today I've had 3 salmon steaks and two huge angus beef burgers!! I never ate that much before.
Have tomoro off-yaaay!! A day of pampering lies ahead--roots and nails!!!
Trying to sort out my winter wardrobe-my wish list on ASOS is way to long!

Hello everyone....it's good to see everyone doing well and preparing for this months journey of shrinkage:-). I am at 186 today, and I must say my head is dizzy and it spins sometimes when I bend down and stand back up. I am thinking this might be due to me not eating enough so I am going to try and increase each meal to see if that stops this. I have loss a total of 12 pounds in eight days. I am losing right at a rate of a pound a day...currently. Not sure how long that will last, but for now...I will take it.

I finally read the book and it was pretty interesting. I found it to be pretty creative in addressing the various diets discussed. Not sure if I will try any...the mono diets seem similar to the strict stillman diet, but with just one item of course.
