Hi Trisha, thanks for the tip. Have you tried putting baking soda or vinegar in your water when you boil them? That works too. I'll try yours. Take care! Good luck on the weight loss and all, I know you'll do well. Mae

Annony. I'm glad you got the cravings under control. Great for you, and keeping it under control. I'm doing M/E lately, so post there too, just slightly different from Stillman's but still like the group here. Hey, try to mix the yolks, some cottage cheese and whatever spices you like in a blender or with a mixer of some kind. I heard here on the forums that works and tastes like mayo in it. Take care and good luck. Mae

Good morning,

Everyone is doing so well. Idioglossic that is just amazing. I honestly didn't lose any faster on hcg than you are doing. My eating has not been stellar but it has been low carb. I have lost 2lbs this week. Not complaining for sure but all of the successes on here show me if a person is committed it will happen! Here's to a committed week!

Mary, don't knock it indeed, a two pound weight loss is great. Our bodies slow down. I'm always happy it's more than one. Some weeks get that, but it's a drop in the right direction! SO congrats. Doing ok here. Glad you are. Mae

Hi To Everyone else here, great guys and gals you are. Have a fantastic week of losing and loving life. Mae

Hi Mae,
I agree with the slow down. I am also on some meds for another month that mess with me. I am happy if I can consistently lose something. I also know at this weight things are slower. I really need to lose 9 more lbs to be at a good weight for my body. Want to lose it and then use Stills to maintain. Maybe do it 2-3 days during the week and relax a bit on the wk ends. We shall see long ways from there but very hopeful about this woe.

Hope you have a good wk.

Day 15, down 13 pounds!

I've slowed up a bit because I ate off plan a few days ago. I'm not kicking myself because I was to the point of not wanting to eat at all (so sick of lean protein!) and knew I couldn't just stop eating. I'm back on track and losing again.

Krissakris I am an emotional eater too, all my life. I love the lack of appetite on QWL Stillmans. I have been burning off fat, I figure the less I eat the more burns off of my body. I do not count calories. Eat small and you will be small. Duh. . .really how hard is that to get, but still we struggle for a life time before getting to the fact that for thousands of years people survived, living in situations where they did not have much food or many choices about what they ate. Me I just know I am a hunter gatherer in my genes. I can spend calm happy hours searching the edge of the sea for snails, or dig clams, or gather wild fruit. . . I know I was made to eat angel food cake and pizza.

Today is a new day and we can control what we put into our mouths and get our figures back and enjoy our lives. I love being here with you girls. . . we are not alone

Anon great job on the 15 lbs off!!! ahh you must be feeling fantastic. . .when you slip sideways, just get back on the track and focus!

MaryN, yes at your weight I had to cut my portions of meat way back to lose down to 104. But sometimes you just have to wait the weight off. I am now at a place where I am waiting it off. . . I am doing the exact same food. . . so I know it will come off and I love no appetite.

Itstime, come on it is time, you are where I was just one month ago. . . let us wait the weight off together.

Good Morning

Idioglossic, yes we just have to wait the weight off and oh it is hard to do. Dont you think even if the weight loss doesnt show up everyday that the body is shrinking anyway? I haven't weighed less than 106.6 in many years but you reminded me of something I did then. I wasn't on the hcg just maintaing and just like Stills I ate lots of lean protein all week. In fact I ate most of it for breakfast wasn't hungry for lunch so just had coffee with h and h and maybe a little something then ate a nice but not large dinner. Had some irritating illnesses and got lazy. I am going to give that a little try with the Stillman foods just to see what happens.

Everyone is doing great and I am so happy to be here.

I do love the no hunger and the lack of cravings, also. Here's to another great Stills day.

I also follow a zc site and even though they consistently eat a lot more fat than we do they report the same things-shrinking body but not always weight loss on the scale. My tummy is happier with a smaller amount of fat so this is a better way for me. We have to listen to our bods unless they are telling us to eat a brownie.

Lost .6 today. Have a good Stills day.

HI YOU BIG BUNCH OF LOSERS!!! XOXOXO

I AM SOOOOOOOO AMAZED BY HOW AWESOME YOU ARE ALL DOING. CoNgRaTz to everyone.

Isn't this awesome. Finally, a way to get the wt. off and lightning fast. It's so fun to have success. I believe gaining wt. and remaining in that "fat suit' is the worst torture we can struggle with. It's beyond madning when we are told, eat this, do that, and nothing works. It's insanity actually...

So, that's my diet speach for the week...

I have lost 10 lbs in 13 days. Yepper, I'm a big fat LOSER TOO! My hubby keeps saying, "Don't lose anymore wt. in your face..." This is when I know I'm rippin' thru like a fat-burning-monster!

I want to get down to 125. I'm 5'9, so this will get me back to my modeling wt. When I'm this skinny, I can wear a bikini all day long.

Here's to ALL OF OUR SUCCESS! HANG IN THERE, "ONE LEAN-PROTEIN-BITE AT-A-TIME!"

You guys are doing awesome. I'm finally getting my head back on straight and I'm back on track. I had turkey burgers for lunch and fish for dinner. The new book I'm reading is awesome and it puts everything into perspective ESP as you get closer to your goal how to not sabotage yourself. I was finding myself doing that the last few weeks due to underlying anxiety. I'm looking forward to getting back to my planning and continuing my loses. My BDay is in 10 days which adds a challenge but I love how you can just get right back on board w this plan.

I lost 5 in three weeks but many days I was really on Atkins. I'll try Stillmans again from time to time but I'm really an Atkins girl. I love a little veggies every day. You folks have done great!

Day 17 and 14 pounds GONE!

I switched it up yesterday and eliminated cheese so I'm essentially zero carb. It paid off with a one pound drop in weight since yesterday. I think I'll stay away from cheese for now.

I found it on amazon for $4 w prime I got it in two days. He also wrote thin tastes better which is supposed to be similar. I would highly highly recommend. Also shrink yourself by Robert Gould is another excellent one. You may not even realize the underlying reasons you're cheating until you read that book.

Try Natural Calm. This stuff is amazing. And it's all natural and good for you.

Or, as an alternative, add some coconut oil to you coffee or tea.

TrishaLynn, THAT IS AMAZING!! What an inspiration!

I'm new here, only on day 3 of Stillman, but down 4.1 pounds already! So exciting to share these kinds of good results!

On the bowel issue-- I know these aren't officially Stillman legal, because they weren't yet popular when he wrote the book-- but I think if I end up having bowel issues I'm going to use a little chia seed mixed up in water-- maybe a tsp, or a little more? It's got more fiber than carb, and is great soluble fiber. It also has omega-3, which, yes, is a fat, but there isn't much, and omega-3 is so good for us and supposedly aids in weight loss.

Way to go your success! I use Twin Labs magnesium capsules. Usually take late afternoon to get morning relief. Magnesium tablets are not nearly as effective.

Well wishes
