I love how Stillman's works. I am wearing shorts today that I could not button earlier this week. Yes today Saturday I have on another pair I could not button last weekend!!

On July 19, I weighed 175, so on August 10, 22 days later I am 18lbs. thinner and stable!!

I start my 21days today! I have a party to attend on Aug 24 and a dress I want to wear so I am hoping to be down a nice bit by then. Started the day off with some lower sodium roast turkey and coffee and of course a glass of water. Have a great day everyone.

I'm to the point of never being hungry but also having no desire for any more lean protein! Its like I've gotta force myself to eat.

I was off plan a couple days this weekend so I only lost 1 pound this week.
A total of 4.5 pounds in 2 weeks for me.
I will continue because even though my losses are not spectacular, they are the best losses I've had all year! Stillman's works!

Good Morning

Yesterday went very well. Seems easy compared to the other diets I've tried. Love the no counting anything. The stats from yesterday morn were wrong. Fixed them now. Lost 1.2 lbs. it's water but still love it. I want to get to a place where maintainance is doable by having a few treats over weekends or holidays is ok and then if there is a gain jump back on Stills to take care of it. I did something like that for several years but have had health issues this past year that messed with me. All the diets I have tried in the past year have taught me that my body likes simple. When Idiglossics says she is a hunter gatherer but shouldn't gather much. That seems to be me. Tried the high fat plan and just feli sick and gained. Tried Paleo which makes a lot of sense but even eating clean mostly veg,meats and fats didn't make the old bod very happy. Have great hopes for Stills.

I think 4.5 lbs is great. And you were off plan but still lost one pound this week. That is progress and so is getting right back on to continue losing.

My weight is down .6. Doing the happy dance. Eating mostly low sodium turkey and a ground beef patty for dinner. Did have BBQ sauce with the burger. Can't wait to see your weight losses today.

Hello Everyone, I've read through this whole section and proudly started Stillman's today! I've went from 294 to 273 since February but that was just by working out then I hit the Wall and I've been stuck there for over a month. Honestly I stopped really trying but then I saw I gained 2 lbs I found this site! . So today was a new day for me and I'm very excited to meet you all!

Welcome to our new peeps. I gained a little today. Too much salt I think. I will be a little more careful today. Loving this woe though. Not too much hunger and no Muncie hunger. Hope everyone has a great Friday. Just looked at my siggy 2 lbs since Mon and no hunger. I will take it.

Hope everyone has a great Friday! Man did I get hungry last night at work. So I ate 3 grilled chicken tenders later then I should yesterday I ate 4 chicken tenders grilled, 2 thin sliced ham, 3 chicken tenders grilled. For water I had 60 Oz and 20 Oz coffee. I really need to work on my fluid intake today! I'm trying to follow this very strictly. I even made potatoes and stuffing for my husband and 4 children. Funny thing potatoes are my down fall! When they were in the mixer I went to scrap the side of the bowl, of course I got some on my finger and without thinking I licked it off!!! The second the taste my mouth I ran to the sink and flushing my mouth out with water. My 9 year old said eeww I'm not eating those, so I had to explain to him they were good. I can't weigh myself every day I have a bad scale addiction.at one it sat beside my fridge and I was on it before I ate..after I ate and at least a dozen times a day. So should I do every week? Also I'm on a cell phone ago please excuse the poor punctuation and .sometimes my phone makes words up for me and I miss them

Do you eat the same thing every day? Care to share a menu or two??

As for me, I've gotten back into low carb eating this week, although not down to low-fat Stillmans eating yet. I've been incorporating higher-fat meats and fish like salmon and chicken thighs. I'm starting to lose the bloat already though---yeah!

TOMORROW I'm kicking it in high gear---full-tilt Stillmans.

Ahhh that is funny about your 9 year old thinking the potatoes were "bad"-- lol! But good for you for taking quick action once you'd realized the mistake!!

It does make it harder to resist the carbs when others in your household eat them. My boyfriend is a bread fiend so we always have english muffins and italian bread around---- I'm looking forward to being at the point where those things don't tempt me at ALL!

My Stillmans is tweaked up a bit, but I'm still losing a pound a day. I will modify if it slows down.
