Day 9 ~ 5 lbs gone! Surprised this morning to be up 1lb. . . but I am exactly on track and I will be thinner tomorrow. I am loving the huge energy I am enjoying with Stillman's. Painted my master suite myself and then cleaned it, redecorated and cleaned out all closets!

I love how Stillman's works.

How much can I loose in 21 days?

07.28.13 ~ 165
07.29.13 ~ 163
07.30.13 ~ 163
07.31.13 ~ 162

08.03.13 ~ 160

Down 6 pounds! WooHoo!

Congrats to all of you ladies. It's going great. Keep up the good work.

My cruise is the second week in September. I'm hoping to shed 20# by then. I am going to look fabulous in my evening gown and my hubby in his tux is so very handsome!

Toodles!

Beef

I get so tired of chicken breast - looking for some good beef ideas - I did a roast in the crockpot but I wonder if that is too fatty? Thanks!

NVRGVUP, Try tacos, eggs/hamburger scramble, omelet with pizza meat, and check out recipes here in this thread and the forum, some of us have posted recipes and idea here, also. Don't worry too much about fat, use enough for flavor if you need to. Good luck. Mae

I have never heard of Mexi-coke - just googled it (coke imported from Mexico, sweetened with cane sugar??) - sounds pretty great lol

Idioglosic, sometimes our bodies hang onto water when we are losing wt so fast. Drink extra water to flush it out! WTG, not getting discouraged. When our fat cells shrink to fast, they freak out and cling to water for a few days till they release more content. This is the premise behing the "WHOOSH FAIRY!" It's the way our bodies protect the fat cells from dying.

You should see a 'whoosh' soon. stay the course and don't not eat if you are hungry. This causes the body to NOT release any fat. Eat when your hungry.

Everyone is doing so great. I'm in Ketosis finally and I LOVE this rush!

Wishing us all skinny jeans soon.

Beth

BBare - how are you getting on? what are your losses like?
You say you are in ketosis, how do you know for sure? - I always find it hard to tell either way although I know I must be due to eating right and weight loss.

Hey Kitty El! I know when I'm in Ketosis 2 was: I lose my appetite drastically and my urine smells. LOL I've been doing this for many yrs. now and I know when my body is stripped of all glucose, and glycogen stores. It's a happy day when I'm in Ketosis! My brain LOVES KETONES. As a matter-of-fact, Ketones are the fuel of choice for the brain, FYI.

I do not weigh daily either. It's the kiss of death for me. I will weigh in 2 weeks. The ups and downs of losing makes me insane. It's psychological for me. I just don't want to see the stalls, and the slight gains. These will happen and it makes me kinda upset to see so I just wait it out!. Weird, I know but it works for me. I feel like I've lost at least 3 or more. My face shows it first. Wish it was my butt .

Hope all are doing amazingly. I too didn't drink enough water today. Gotta getter done.

Hugs,
Beth

Day 11 ~ 5 lbs gone! I am on track and will break this plateau!

I love how Stillman's works. I am wearing shorts today that I could not button earlier this week.

On July 19, I weighed 175, so on August 8, 19 days later I am 15lbs. thinner and stable!!

I am eating chicken, no skin, small portions, coffee with 5 splendas and club soda, today I am having sirloin steak instead and coffee, 5 splendas and lots of club soda, I love it!! I am a happy girl. . . and can wait for that scale to drop, as it has alot more dropping to do! And I am still optimistic for a big loss for these 21 days.

And this stall just proves that my body does not need much food to keep going. I have so much more energy on this way of eating, I must get it thru my head that this is how I need to eat forever. . . if this is my way of eating, then all pressure of off. ahh feels good.

ID 5 SPLENDA'S IS WAY TOO MUCH! They are coated with sugar, so if I were you, I'd ditch them for Stevia. YMMV.

Your doing so good, why get tripped up with splenda. And, if you are not eating enough, you will not lose wt. This happened to me...

Hugs,
B

Hi ladies!

This is such a motivational thread ... love seeing everybody's results. I hope you don't mind if I jump in with you all on Monday??

I've done Stillmans a few times in the past to knock off a few quick pounds before a vaca or an event, and it's always quick and reliable.

I've got about 25-30 lbs to lose overall, and I know Stills is the way to go.... so I'm already planning my meaty weekend shopping trip and plan to go hardcore these next 14 days too.

I'm not an every day weigher, so I'm gonna weigh once at the beginning, and then again at the end of 14 days. A 10 lb jumpstart would be awesome--but even 5 would make me happy.

May I join in

Hello everyone,

I lost approx 64 lbs mostly with hcg a few years ago. I have kept all of it off except for 11 stubborn pounds. I won't bore you with details but I have tried nutritional ketosis, Paleo and quite a few more including a round of hcg but nothing is working well as I also have had to take numerous antibiotics in the last year so am now dealing with candidiasis. Have to take diflucan for two months. It makes me tired and nothing tasts very good. Anyway, I have been reading this today and wish to start Stillman on Monday. I would love to get this weight off and ESP the bloat and fit in my cute clothes again. The Stillman diet should also kill those nasty yeasty beasts too. Seems as if nothing in it would ferment. Will join on Monday if that is ok since it is kind of the middle of your 21 day cycle.

Welcome, MISS MARY!

I am right there with you. I had horrible Candida issues. So much so that I gained 15 lbs. like over night. I am way better and YES, Still KILLS THE YEASTIE BEASTIES! My stomach was like an 11 month pregnant with quads belly. It took me a solid month to get things undercontrol. BUT, I have and now I am doing great.

Make sure to get a really good Probiotic and drink your water. I recommend doing a colon/parasite bowl cleanse as well.

Hugs,
Beth

I LOVE STILLMANS. IT MAKES LIFE SO MUCH EASIER AND STRESS FREE. LEAN PROTEIN~ DONE SKINNY BODY, HERE WE COME...

Hi Beth.
Thanks for answering me. I am taking a probiotic and have been tested for parasites. Don't have those. Had a small bowel bacterial infection and took some powerful meds for that. Done with those and have the yeasty meds to finish. Yuck. I am looking forward to healing up with Stills and losing this nasty weight also. Also the big belly. Nothing fits.
