I might look at the Daisy Duke work out myself. I see KrisKris taking some of that bling-a-bling. LOL>
What I found out is that many knee problems are caused by not walking correctly so if my knee starts to bug me, I make sure my walk is right and that solves the problem. Of course, after doing the Daisy Duke workout, muscles are tight and sore and the knee acts up then as well.

bc, one word.........chiropractor.

Mar, I will have to Google that recipe, sounds divine! I was acually considering some type of jambalaya since I have some frozen okra to use up.

except now that I have a cold don't feel like eating. Living on chik soup and Gatorade. Blech. Started last nite with sneezing and a scratchy throat. Lovely. (aachoo!)

(sigh) the bigger picture.......

for every miserable cold sufferer, there is a happy child on their way to chemotherapy.

For every angry achy knee there is a joyful amputee running a marathon.

For every depressed dieter there is a happy pensioner getting a meal from a soup kitchen.

Perspective, y'all. Changes dramatically after losing a loved one. Even after ten months.

I've lost track of the days now. But I'm pretty sure I'm in ketosis...made chicken and noodles with mashed potatoes for the guys and I wasn't even tempted!

I didn't weigh today...maybe tomorrow. Don't want a possible no loss to derail me.

Hope you all have a great night!
