Went the wrong way this week. I was sloppy, plain and simple. I landed in 2nd place at the halfway point of the biggest loser contest last week. One more pound would've put me over the winner, but, whatever. Not really in it to be THE winner, just needed some motivation, KWIM? At the end of 12 weeks, when I weigh less than I did at the start, I'll be a winner.

I'm going to wait until Wednesday to update again for the end of the month. Even with two days to go, I'm very pleased with a 14-pound loss thus far.

To be honest, I have not been following strict Stilllmans. I've been adding more fat on some days, but keeping carbs relatevely low. I've also in the past week started incorporating "shake days" a couple of times. These have consisted of: coffee for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch and either another shake or some plain chicken/lean meat for dinner. Unfortunately, I have also (apparently) decided that popcorn is somehow allowed and have been having a few handfuls here and there which must be squashed asap.
