Thanks. I stayed on plan the entire week and upped my water. I think I was due this big loss as the first week on Stillman's I only lost 2 pounds. Pretty sure this is mostly "water" weight and next week will show a much smaller loss.

I am going to try to add some walking into my day a couple times a week.

I am happy as long as at the end of the month I show SOME sort of net loss

so basically I had A LOT of water (as much as i could), cut down my consumption of sodium and did some serious exercising. Well mostly being active as much as i can and walking at least 3 miles a day. but honestly most of that was water weight cause of TOM and binging the whole week before.
My menu is just hard boiled eggs with hot sauce (I don't add salt) and tuna, again with hot sauce.

THANK YOU!! It will be my TOM on Sunday and I'm cheating on Sat for my anniversary! I want to lose 10 this week for SURE! I appreciate your tips! I will hit that treadmill Sunday HARD!
