Down 1.8 today. I am happy with it but still annoyed that it I am still .8 higher than I was on Sunday.

I have to remind myself that I have already lost my monthly goal and still have 2 weeks left in it. That in itself is motivational.

That is a good way to think about it and quite impressive when you put it that way... my diet is so effective I lost my monthly goal in 2 weeks!

I am down 2.4 today! I just have to remember no matter how frustrating it is to maintain a couple days in the end I am losing and will also have to remember a super strict day or 2 will get me out of that rut

Bratty & Mar, you guys are doing great!!! how much have both of you lost so far & how long did it take? As for me, I had family visit this last week and taking them out everyday has made me gain a few lbs..I have to start all over and get my brain in stillman mode..I can't believe the lbs piled on so fast. I mean it was just 3-4 days..ughh

I have lost 10.8 in two weeks. A few of those days I ate a lot of on plan food to help with urges to go off plan. So my loss for last week wasn't that great.

I am the same way, I gain massive amounts of bloat weight in just a couple of days. It comes off pretty quick when I get back on plan tho.

10.8 in 2 weeks is still pretty darn great!! Better than no loss at all! Don't be too hard on yourself when you eat a little bit more, sometimes it shows a bigger loss on the scale the next day. I guess it keeps your body guessing so it doesn't hold on to the weight. Are you doing any exercises?

WEnt out for dinner tonight and I had oven baked hot wings with hot sauce as they were the closest thing on plan I could find.

Hope it doesn't stall me a couple days again its so frustrating when that happens!

I have no idea what is in hot wing sauce. Hopefully it isn't too damaging. That is the only thing I do not like about Stills. It is so unforgiving when you eat anything off plan. Can take days to recover.

Frank's hot sauce is carb free .... check the brand if they tell you ....

It was just franks which I eat all the time but those prepackaged things always have tons of extra sodium. I didn't weigh today because I was feeling bloated so I am thinking hidden salt.

Down 1.2 today. I feel like I am making some progress. I will feel much better when I get to 204. That is how low I got before I went on my several week long binge.

pffft My body is revolting against me. I was up 2.4 today. It is close to TOM and my skin is puffy. Definitely holding some water. I had a hysterectomy over 5 years ago (kept ovaries) Since then my PMS is HORRIBLE. I hold tons of water, my boobs grow half a size (painful!) and the mood swings are enough that I can't even stand myself.
I will probably wait till the end of the week to weigh in. Seeing more than one day of the mean scale will undo me.

Current weight: 191 (yikes!)
Goal: 167 (to get back into 'virgin weight loss' territory)

I weighed today because it is Wednesday and officially my 3 week mark. I am still up two pounds of mystery weight. I will weigh again on Friday. Hopefully it will be gone by then.

Starting Weight- 226.4
Week One- 9.2 lb loss
Week Two- 1.6 lb loss
Week Three- 2.2 lb loss

13 pounds in 3 weeks so far. Looks like a great number but I lost most of it week one.

Not great for Stillmans but I will take it. It is going down. One week left in the Month and I plan to stick with it.

I am down another 2!!

Is it possible to have a salt hangover? Went to a social and the snack at the table was chips and pepperoni sticks seeing I couldn't have the chips a ate so much pepperoni no carbs but the sodium was crazy (I checked) I woke up feeling like I was drinking the night before and I didn't!

The 3 week challenge is almost over... And I want veggies and dip!! That's a good thing to be craving after all this meat! I was worried it would be I've cream.
