Can I join for the next two and a half weeks? I've been lc/judding, but know I lose best with stills. So I'm going to slightly rotate my calories and do stillmans food.

Today was a down day, so I had chicken twice and nothing else. I'm up 10 from my sig and want to return to that and see new lows before Thanksgiving.

1 cookie probably won't stall you but even if you see a loss tomorrow don't take that to mean you can eat a cookie every day! Thats what I always do its not the first cheat that screws me up its the 3 and 4th

Down 1.4 Tomorrows weight might show no loss. Yesterday we ran errands until 10 at night. I did not get to eat dinner or get most of my water drank.
I could have eaten but by the time I got stuff put away and the kids in bed it was almost midnight. I can't eat that late.

I am also down 1.4 today that was after being the same weight yesterday as the day before so I am thinking if I see a loss every other day that is still a good thing!

If I see a .2 or .4 gain I just think it will come off tomorrow, the body fluctuates I don't stress about it, anything higher I look at what I ate the day before. BUT if I see a .2 or .4 loss you better believe I am counting it! I am a little funny when it comes to my weird so I am making a confession.

If I lose .2 I am depressed it is such a SMALL number. If I gain .2 it is the biggest number ever!

If i only lose .2 at first I am depressed but after a while .2 is still a loss, but I know what you mean after doing this a while I got very scale obsessed

so dinner was good, a few hiccups with the menu not being the same as online but they still had the steak so I went with that and I brought the sides home for my BF.

Down .8 this morning. We ended up going to Six Flags yesterday. I shared a smoked turkey leg with my daughter for dinner. Yum! The hubby and kids also had fresh popped kettle corn. I was good and didn't have any. Because my weigh has been coming off so well, it was easy to say no.

Great choice! I hope I can behave the next time I have to go out to eat in November.
It was hard to stay on plan because they messed up my steak and so while everyone else was eating I had to sit and wait and they kept trying to give me free bread and soup or a salad haha

I am the same today it seems to be a pattern lose a day (or two) maintain a day (or two) or it could be the of extra fat I had yesterday, I figured it was the lesser of 2 evils a little fat or all the junk food I could get my hands on haha

Had another day of eating more so I did not weigh today. I will tomorrow since it is my 2 week mark.

Food cravings seem to be in control today. I have no appetite at all today.

The last 2 days I have been super hungry, I hope the low appetite starts soon I can't remember how long it too last time.

That means I will be at 1 full week tomorrow! That was easier than I thought

I had shirtaki noodles with chicken breast and fat free cheese for lunch and will be having steak (or steaks) for dinner hope I see a loss tomorrow!

I am up 2.6 from Sunday. I am not worried about it tho. I am back to normal eating amounts and that will probably be gone tomorrow.

So I only lost 1.6 this week. Crappy but I will take it!

Total loss over the 2 weeks is 10.8 Not bad at all.

I expect to see at least 3 pounds gone next week.

10 pounds is good! I hoped to be down 10 pounds in 2 weeks but my body doesn't want that haha

I am still at 157 today , I was atleast hoping to be down to the weight I was before cuz I only lost 3lbs this week, but its still down 3.... Not sure why I am not losing, maybe too much fat? or sweetener?

Too much fake sugar stalls me. If I drink crystal light all day the scale barely moves. I started drinking it half strength and it works. The flavor is really diluted but at least it isn't plain water.
The extra fat will also slow it down.

3 pounds is pretty good. That is my goal for each week.

Around 3 pounds a week or 10 a month. More is always great but I do not expect it.

Yeah I dilute my crystal light too, once I lose the initial weight my goal is to lose 2.5-3 pounds a week but if I didn't lose lots at the beginning is it going to be slower than 2.5 now? I don't mind being super strict with my diet but I want to see results! haha

I ran out of milk for my coffee this morning so I had black coffee with a bit of splenda and then I had a super bad headache until 2pm today so I didn't eat until then and I then I had a couple eggs and have had some chicken throughout the day.

So I have had a very clean day today aside from a little splenda in my coffee, we will see how this shows on the scale tomorrow but I don't think I coyuld eat like this long term I need the little things like a splash of milk and some Crystal light! to make this bearable haha

I am so happy my heart forced me to give up coffee. I could have never done stillmans. I could not live without sugar and flavored creamer.

Hope you have an easier day tomorrow!

I am off to bed hungry. My stomach started complaining an hour ago. I definitely prefer it to a bloated feeling.
