Saturday to Saturday on Plan
Although I've reached goal, I want to do a 7 day clean stint of QWL. Been on a few too many bad guys for a fews days now and am feeling a little bloated. I will have to be careful not to lose too much weight but want this bloated feeling gone so.... Considered the inches off diet but am not too sure about it....anyone here tried it? Is it from the original book? Anyway, thought I would start this thread to keep myself accountable.... I don't weigh myself (only know my weight from a recent appointment with my doc) but guess I might be 3lbs over my stats. Can't wait to get started. If anyone wants to jump in, please feel free. :)

Day has gone well.... this morning was boiled eggs followed by salmon and a little tartare sauce....tonight I will do something interesting with chicken breasts....maybe low carb BBQ, or balsamic, rosemary and garlic dressing....we shall see.:yummy:

Stiillmans works so well!:-) I had coffee with unsweetned almond breeze Lunch was 4oz sirloin strips Dinner- I made the best dish! Spicy cheesy chicken patties! It's to die for! 1 lb ground chicken 1/2 c Kraft parmesian Romano 2-3 T of Louisiana hot sauce depending on how hot you like it Garlic powder Cayenne powder 1 organic egg Mix together well and shape into 4 patties. I heated on non stick skillet till browned on both sides... It was so great! Not sure of the parmesian is legal but really made it cheesy! Lynn! 155/155/127 |

I've actually been doing the diet for a few days, think I've lost a few lbs of water weight...maybe a bit too much because I've been a bit woozy today! Yesterday: Breakfast - two poached eggs with a tb of taco sauce and a pinch of crushed red pepper on top. Coffee with a few tbs of unsweetened almond milk and ez-sweetz. Lunch/Dinner - Bought a roasted chicken from QFC (yum). Ate both drumsticks and thighs (skin removed). Diet coke. Today: Lunch - 4-5 oz of chicken breast (skin removed) with 1 tb of unsweetened ketchup. Diet coke. Snack - One beef bouillon cube and one tb of chicken-flavored better than bouillon. Maybe it sounds odd but I haven't been eating a lot lately and I worried that I was getting dehydrated so I wanted to get some sodium :) Dinner - none I weighed myself when I started and I was around 182, today I was about 178 (my scale is very hard to read :P). My goal is to be at 155 before Christmas, I know that is a tall order but that's why I'm doing Stillmans instead of Atkins! Wish me luck! |
