Anyone want to join me in a strict 2 week stillman challenge?

Hi guys,
I have noticed our once very active stillman group has really dwindled...any stillman lurkers out there who want to join me for a strict 2 week challenge? I leave in exactly 2 weeks for Hawaii and want to drop 10 pounds. I know with stills I can do it. Weighed in at 147 today. My plan is as follows:

-2 poached eggs for breakfast
-chicken breast or turkey burger lunch (make sure the burgers have no filler and are zero carb, best to make your own)
-tilapia or other white fish for dinner. I found sugar free ketchup that has only 1 carb, I find it easier to get the fish down with this. You can also use it on the turkey burger with plain mustard.
black coffee, green tea, water only to drink
No veggies, no cheating.

I know this plan works, who is in??

I would love to join!

I'm up for the challenge, I will start tomorrow with you. I was experimenting with the turkey burger diet this week and I just could not stick with it, it was just too strict...because I couldn't use the condiments and spices, I just wasn't able to get thru the days with it. I was already making a commitment to start fresh tomorrow morning. Strict stills but I will allow mustard on my turkey burgers or chicken. You have a good plan there and I know if you follow it to the T, you will lose more than 10lbs! Lets do this, I have an event in 2 weeks too that I would like to be 10-15lbs lighter and a wedding end of Nov. that I want to lose 30-40lbs by. I'm so excited!!

Day 1 of the challenge: Post all your meals here and any excercise you do. I recommend at least a 20 minute walk. Another secret is I have added in fat free sugar free yogurt (as per Dukan diet) You could do the greek fat free plain. Or in Canada we have non fat yogurt sweetened with Splenda (vanilla flavour). It's 35 cals and 5 grams carbs per serving. Doens't seem to slow my weight loss at all and in fact it's been a saviour when a craving hits! I use this in place of the FF cottage cheese on the stillmans plan ( I hate cottage cheese)
Today so far I had 2 poached eggs with a sprinkling of salt (important to add salt when on a low carb diet to avoid headache) and 3 black coffee. the rest of the day I will do lots of water and decaf green tea.
Lunch today is 1.5 chicken burger pattys. ( I bought the Jane's brand, not sure if you have that in U.S.) It has 2 carbs per patty but they are soooo good. I add a few banana pepper rings for flavour and that has not stopped my loss so far.
Dinner will be fish with fresh lemon squeezed over. Snacks will be yogurt.
Hope everyone is having a great Monday!! We can do it!!

I ended up playing hookie from work and had more of an Atkins day, still grateful to be low carbing though. After a summer off it's so hard to get back on track, but i'm ready. two chicken breasts made for the next few days and one marinating now

Bk- 3 hard boiled eggs w/ mustard. Ate just 1 yolk.
Lunch- same
Dinner- same.
Snack- 1tsp pb.
I weighed 190.4 today, hoping to see a nice loss tomorrow

Hi there! I am in I recently started thyroid supps plus Stillmans, I hope to be able to get rid of some of this weight that I gained sooo fast last year. I am totally in!! Starting today. I am kinda doing a Intermittent fasting plus stillmans type of plan but am going to wing the timing of eating. I might just do 3 meals or more if i feel the need. But to really kick it off for the first few days I might do just 2 meals / day. Happy to be here! Good luck everyone

Since I just decided to do this (I was doing it last week, btw, and lost about 5 lbs but was really bad over the weekend and gained it all back :/) My menu for today will be as good as I can, but i already had 2 slices of Ezekiel toast this morning (making me feel quite bloated, btw).

My plan for today:

Bfast (was before Stillmans start) was off (eggs/toast/cream cheese)
I will just have coffee w/ a splash of half/half and stevia until dinner to try to burn up that off b-fast
dinner: chicken w/o skin and maybe some eggs or egg whites or cottage cheese

Looks like my #s will be apx: 1000 cals/40 fat/30 net carbs/100 protein - all in all not awful considering i had an off bfast.

workout:

I will walk before dinner for 30+ minutes.

notes: Started thyroid supps this week. Its day 3 on the supps and hoping that they will help offset any thyroid issues from low carb/cals.

It's a bit late but I want to join too. I've been lurking and trying to get back to it all summer. The last few months I've completely undone all my low carb hard work! I'll start tomorrow since I've already binged on ice cream this morning. I'll make a real effort to fast the rest of the day so I can start tomorrow off on a good note. Thanks for the challenge Healthy for life!

Weighed in at 178 this morning.
B: Flavored water that I'm trying to cut out.
L: Fish fillet and a HB egg.
D: Prolly more fish.

I want to stick with this challenge. I'm going to the fair with a friend in a week and a half and I hate feeling like I'm going to squish her on the rides so even a few lbs down will help me feel a little better. lol Good luck to all you ladies!

Good job Phase!! It's amazing how even a few pounds can make you feel so much better about yourself. We are the same height and I noticed your goal weight is 110. I think I'd be skin and bones at that weight and I am small boned. Have you been 110 before?

Skinny Niki- the high fat approach works too, check out the nutritional ketosis thread, some very successful people there too.

L: Left over mix of ground turkey and extra lean ground beef and some lettuce (No more lettuce after today!)
D: Steak

I find when I first start back on plan I can eat higher fat meats and still lose and it helps me cut cravings, anyone else find this?

Thanks Healthy for life. I weighed 114 at one point and I still had a little bit of pudge that could go. I was prolly skinny fat though since I didn't exercise. I plan to start working out some so I might be happy in the 20s when I get there. I'm definitely not going for the skin and bones look. lol

Weight today- 145.5 (yes)
yesterdays menu:
-protein shake (ideal protein) 1 gm carb
-lunch- piece of cod
snack (mini babybell) not on plan but doesn't seem to hinder loss
dinner- lamb chops, fat removed.
Felt great yesterday and woke up to a 0.5 loss. I think cutting out the yogurt helped
Mar- yes I find a little bit of fat helps with keeping you feel satiated and doesn't seem to hinder my loss either. Just have to watch it's not too much.
Phase- the lowest I got was 125 before but I also worked out a lot so had quite a bit of muscle. I was a size 2 at that weight.

Congrats on the loss Healthy for life!! Yea at 114 I was a 4! lol Some muscle prolly would have helped me out a lot.
Mar, Ditto with the fat. Steak and bacon never feel restrictive so it helps me mentally with cravings too.

Good job Mar! That means everything you lose from here on out is new loss After a few days the water weight loss ends and true fat loss begins. I can't believe how loose my pants are after 11 days on the plan.
Weigh in today: 145.5
Menu yesterday was:
-breakfast 1/2 chick breast (crazy busy morning...)
-lunch piece lamb (lean) and a chicken thigh
-snack 2 mini baby bells
-dinner 1 can of tuna with 1 tsp mayo, 3 small slices pork tenderloin
Have a great day everyone!!

Good morning....new to Stillmans but been doing Atkins. I'm on day 6 and just wanted to vent a bit. THIS IS HARD. AND BORING OMG. I'm getting frustrated since I've lost nothing. I'm trying to gain the strength to get the nitrate-free products out of my Stillmans plan, but I can't imagine it getting even more strict! I want to barf when I look at meat right now. I just want a cucumber with ranch, is that too much to ask? I think my tummy is reducing a bit, but the scale shows nothing so I'm trying to be strong and stick with the 2 weeks like I said I would, but man. How do you guys do this? It would be motivating to lose even a lb- it's depressing to eat this way and the scale not move. I'm a creature of habit but even this is too confining for me! I want my cream cheese and peanut butter! Waaaaaahhhhhhhhh!

Okay, I've got it out of my system. I'm good now. Sorry for whining. You all have bigger diet balls that I do- kudos.

Cats! I totally hear you...I felt the exact same way when I started. I am only doing this and keeping the motivation so high because I leave for Hawaii in exactly a week. Trust me the plan does work, but if you don't have an event or something coming up soon you are planning for it is hard to keep the motivation. I only use the strict stillmans plan when I need to drop quickly. Normally I follow Atkins. I miss vegetables like you wouldn't believe. I have been on the plan for 12 days now and it is hard but like I said I am doing this to get ready for Hawaii. Totally understand if it's too hard. Atkins induction works great too, maybe try doing a strict induction again?
That being said I can't believe you haven't lost anything...try a day with no processed meats and see what happens if you decide to stick with it...

Mar- today is a new day!

As for me, I weighed in again at 145.5 (stuck here for 3 days...ugghh) but i know my clothes feel way looser and I went bikini shopping yesterday for my trip and got 2 new suits. I have to say they didn't look half bad but hoping they look even better with one more week of strict eating. I miss my wine so much Can't wait to have a glass on the flight over!

Menu yesterday:
Pork tenderloin 2 slices- breakfast
lunch- lean hamburger patty (small)
snack- protein shake (no carbs mixed with water)
dinner- pork tenderloin (2 slices)
snack- mini babybell
I put a splash of milk in my tea yesterday, maybe that plus the cheese is what stalled me. Need to cut out the dairy.
Hang in there guys! Hoping for a whoosh tomorrow.
