new member to forum

well here i am...new member!:
I am in drastic mode...going on vacation with Hubby and am tired of my fat belly. Discovered Dr Stillman and I am trying it for the 1st time.

Finding it great if I really plan ahead. doing great...however I do miss my fruits as I am an isla girl and we have great tropical fruits here..... lets see what happens

I started on Friday 1st June....Vacation 7th Aug... I am going for the max I will let you all know my progress.

I have already gone down from 168 to 166.

Two things I am not too keen on is the 8 plus glasses of water and the boiled eggs. but I will stick it out. I want to look good and healthy.
so chat tomorrow.

Hi, I'm new here too lol. And actually new to low carb altogether lol. Just started last week and already lost 7 pounds. It's amazing. I crave chocolate and cakes like crazy, but I'm getting married beginning of next year so I need to loose.
Well done, seems like you are losing quite fast too lol. I hate drinking water. I have to have a bottle in the fridge and force myself to drink it.

I'm just starting Stillman's as well. I've used it before with better results than any other diet. I want to lose 63 pounds by the end of the year.

63 lbs is a nice target and 6 months to do it wow. you cannot fail!!! wish you all the best. i will be checking on you. lol

today was good. had a nice bowl of shrimp anf herbs. deeelicious!! I was so proud of my self went to a friends house and she offered me a biiiigggg slice of macaronie cheese pie and IIIIIII said NOOOOOO! I was soooo glad I did not give in. drinking lots of water and beginning to love it. until next time

I hate drinking water!!!!!! Ha ha. I'm just forcing myself. I aslo had 2 Atkins chocolate bars on 2 different occassions. Felt bad after that. Still losing though. I also have to stop weighing myself every day. Every hiccup drives me mad!!! How are you ladies getting on?
