I am wondering of Stills isn't rough on the muscles. Last night I had horrendous calf cramps and now my lower back muscles hurt like a pulled it.
This only happens when I am pregnant or on Stills. I know I am not pregnant. ![]() |

I am not pregnant either .... However , each time I do low carb I wake up in the night with excruciating pain in my
calves ! I read that it can be remedied with pottassium .... I need that as well I suppose ... |

1-2 lbs.Ground turkey or ground chicken
1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon oregano and marjoram pam cooking spray in a skillet Mix ingredients and make walnut sized meatballs, drop into hot pan. Turn constantly to avoid burning. When all sides are brown, turn down to lowest setting and cover with lid for 8 minutes. Eat. *I grilled my boyfriend a vinegar & lemon marinated, marbled, ribeye steak last night and he ate half of my meatballs and said they were tastier due to the oregano, than his steak was. *Some people add egg to meatball mix before cooking *Some people add 1/4 cup chicken broth to meatballs at simmer stage. *When on low carb/zero carb, but not Stillman's, parmesan cheese can be added to meatballs before forming. ![]() |

I have these also, but they quickly pass. Weird feeling. Pottasium, huh? I believe it. Will look for that this weekend.

I feel for you, Angel! Working from home today due to the action now, and am I glad I took the mag. Thank goodness. On my way to mornings with weightloss again, hopefully tomorrow. I hate that for 2 days-nuthin', not due to binge, but poopy issues.

B - 1 sunny side up egg (I have this every morning) L - Leftover chicken salad that I made the day before - Cilantro Chicken Salad | Skinnytaste D - 2 pieces of the herb rubbed roast from the Stillmans recipes Today I have planned: B - 2 scrambled eggs (try to mix it up from the sunny side up eggs every once in a while) L - Left over roast D - Salmon, probably with some lemon and rosemary Not quite as effective as strict Stillmans but I've still had a good amount of loss (~18 lbs in a little less than a month, hoping to make it 20 by the end, but I've slowed down a lot since I've strayed from the strict diet). I'm gonna speed up the process a little with strict Stills/Fast Five starting Sunday, as I said. Unfortunately this means the boyfriend is going to have to make his own meals from now on if he doesn't want plain chicken breast, turkey burgers, or ground turkey over the week (weekends will be more relaxed). :P We have opposite schedules and he's been working from 3 pm til midnight this month so I don't see him much during the day anyway, I just usually make extra dinner for him to take for lunch the next day. Although he's been pretty good about sticking to the diet with me. He is just trying to see how much he can lose, though, whereas I have a goal weight and a deadline! He's actually lost a little over 20 lbs, but he also has more to lose than I do. I made those meatballs for him too a couple weeks ago, actually! They could've turned out better but they were pretty good! How about you? What do your meals look like for the day? Looking at our stats, it looks like we have similar goals! How tall are you, if you don't mind me asking?Last edited by littlelavender; 05-25-2012 at 01:05 PM.. |

I'm 5-4, and I will be having Greek chicken bites:
diced chicken breast, oregano, marjoram, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, pam spray in a skillet. Sounds like you are doing great! Yay! |

I take mine religiously. I can tell a huge difference if I go a couple of days without them.

Today has been awful. I would kill for a piece of cheese! Strict stillman is tough.
Weekends are always harder for me. The kids are around me all day eating things I can not eat but have to make for them. The only thing keeping me grounded is my 1.2 loss today. I would have been in trouble if it had been a bad scale day. Our planned off day is next Saturday. I can make it that long! |
