I was wondering how everyone maintains this strict diet on nights out with friends .... A lot of my friends drink wine ....

I don't drink, but I've had some great times in bars all over the world. I usually get Diet Coke or soda water with a lime.

lol I haven't tackled that problem yet. I usually go WAY off plan. I am hoping I can remain strong when the time does present itself.

I think when the situation arrives we eat a high protein meal like chicken a low carb veg. Keep our fingers crossed ....

It's hard not to drink wine when you see others do it. I have a friend that wants to do low carb, but she always drinks and tries to push dessert on me. I want to go out to dinner with her and her boyfriend, but will have to say no to the unsafe food and drink and stay strong.

Scale is moving down slowly but steadily .
Erin, I experienced that "zone" feeling last summer, it was the most amazing thing ever. But it does require a huge amount of consciousness and willpower all the time. Yet I never felt better about the way I looked. Thanks for your detailed response! Sounds like you're close to your goal now after your 10 lb loss!

At the window time frame for eating I had four lean turkey burgers sans nothing ..... And water .....espresso for breakfast ....

I think I suffer from insomnia .... I have a hard time falling asleep .... I did however find great way in keeping my home in order it is a lady called flylady awesome !

Good morning! I woke up in a new decade! I have now lost 15.5 pounds! I'm feeling very good about this. I went way off plan and gained some of my 15 pound loss back. But I was able to stop the skid and get back on track! It sure feels good!

I am on my way out the door so I will do replies later. My little me is in the spelling B this year.

I had a 2 pound loss today. That is 5lbs in 2 days of clean, plain, sucky Stillman.

My peanut did not win the spelling bee. She is pretty upset. We are so proud of her for even making it in. She is a bright little girl.

After my 2 pound loss this morning I was at 210. Eleven more pounds and I will FINALLY be out of the 200s! I can not wait.

Is anyone having planned days off? I am. We are going off every 2-3 weeks one day with a meal plan we have in advance. Things we enjoy eating but not going binge crazy.

Right now my days off In June will be June 2nd and June 24th. I am doing this because I know myself very well after fighting the fat for so long. I can do stills for about 2.5 weeks before I start to crumble. I really need a break at that point. It also seems to give my body a kick start.
