I just looked and celery had quite a bit of carbs. At least for Stills. Spinach also has a little.
Lettuce has none. I think I will get me some tomorrow.

Hello There are lots of ideas here. Stillman Recipes

I mostly just make several chicken breasts in the slow cooker with some salt pepper and garlic. I also eat tuna patties made of a can of tuna and an egg ten cooked in a pan.
Basic rules are just don't eat carbs. Everything else is fair game. The less fat you eat the better also.

I tend to not log in when I am being bad. I think I were to check in I would be able to get back on track a lot faster.

Sounds great!
I love chicken and tuna, so it won't be TOO hard for me. But I'm terrible at cooking and coming up with recipes!
The hardest part so far is drinking all the water.
I've never been a huge water drinker so I'm having to force myself!

My boyfriend is doing it too, so at least I have some motivation!
I'm starting at 207, and he's at 194.

Today I had
BF : 2 eggs
L : Chicken breast with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper. (But only a little!)
D : I think I'm going to have to make that tuna pattie you just told me about, yum!

It is awesome to do this with someone. My husband and I are doing it together.

If you have a slow cooker, I love mine. I stick the chicken (six breasts) in with a bit of water (1cup) and whatever spices I want. Cook on low for 10 hours. It turns the chicken into shredded chicken.

We use a lot of a sauce I make. It is a mix of Sriracha sauce, lite soy sauce and ezsweetz. yummy. (If you like spicy) Just put a bit of it on your chicken when you reheat it.

Omg I'm getting really excited, I just can't wait to get back in my non-ruined pants again! That along with being able to wear a few nice dresses would be so cool .
Hi Brandy, along with what everyone else has added, I'd like to also recommend scallops, salmon (seems fatty, but fat content is similar to that of lean beef, just leave off the skin), flounder, scrambled eggs in a nonstick pan, poached eggs, etc. Personally I don't really recommend beef in general because it has a lot of added hormones it it, which may interfere with weight loss.

Also, Erin, how did you get to 120 and how long did it take? Was it through stillman alone, or stillman and lots of exercise? That must have been difficult to get to!

Surprised !!!!! 0.0

I lost 2 more pounds I am one pound away where I left off on my stall ..... If I get there and stall again I going to be patient I will come here and check in even at that point so I do not fall off the wagon again .... You know some people can be cruel especially if you are overweight last BBQ I was at someone was trying to figure out what to do with their leftovers and this relative of mine told them give the leftovers to me because I will finish them .... yes they did and the list goes on .... So today is BBQ day again and I will keep my WOE plan and think of all the nice LCF 's I made here and do my best to keep coming back with good results and if I hear a negative comment I will smile and say no thank you I am so full .... Good Luck everyone !!!!

Good morning friends! I am taking a few minutes for down time before I need to do some visitation. The grand girls left a few minutes ago - we had a lovely Friday night/Saturday morning. I continue to feel so good on plan. Remind me never to jump off the wagon again!

Down 1.2 today. .4 to go till I am back to my mothers day weekend chow down.

Today we are going to six flags. I will get lots of walking in! If we get hungry we plan to have a turkey leg there.

People can be so hurtful sometimes. We went to visit my husband's grandma once and her husband looked right at me and said. "WOW, you got fat!"

I smiled and said , yeah I gain a few pounds. Inside I wanted to die. We laugh about it now because it was such an absurd thing to just blurt out at someone. I look forward to seeing him again at the end of July. He better remark on how skinny I got. I better get with it tho, he is 90 years old.

Good luck with your BBQ. Stay strong and stick to the cleanest meat you can. BBQ sauce has a lot of sugar in it. You will be so proud of yourself when it is over and you did well. Remember, if you do fall, just get right back up and don't beat yourself up.

Not such good news actually from me, I re-started stillman's on wednesday and dropped 2.4 lbs the first day, 0.2 lbs the second day, and didn't lose anything yesterday. But I do remember that every time I lose weight, gain it back, it becomes harder to lose it the next time around. I really hope this isn't a stall because its way too early for that.

I feel shamed into posting. The last few days I've been bad. Like others I don't really like to check in when things aren't going so great but I think it's helpful for getting back on track so I'll own up to my wickedness. Just in the few hours I've been up I've had pizza and pudding when I'd told myself that today was going to be on plan. I don't know how much I've gained from my carb cramming days because I won't step on the scale until I have a few good days under my belt again. I'm going to go make a huge batch of egg drop soup and maybe I'll remember how sucky it is posting about my failures the next time I'm tempted to cheat.
