Hey all, I didn't expect to find a Stillman's board, but I am definitely glad I found one! I'm 24 years old, and trying to get back on track. (Started a whole "Happiness Project", part of which included getting back in shape).

I look forward to getting to know everyone and hopefully encouraging eachother to our goals!

Sorry to have taken so long to notice you. check out the other Stillman threads that are more active for more support. I believe people don't notice the new threads as often because you just check out the ones you are subscribed to.
