Got The Book!
The Doctor's Quick Weight Loss Diet came in the mail today.
 I am a writer and I collect old books. There is something so reassuring and appealing about the smell of old paper. Digital will never be able to replace it. |

you know the sticky that outlines the plan. That is it. It is filled then with reasons why it works and some alternate plans. (I haven't read the whole thing yet) And of course there are adjustments for the passage of time and new products but it looks just like posted here.
