I have been doing Stillmans since Tuesday, just for a few days to get back to my maintenance weight. It hasn't been too difficult but I know I can't do it long term. Was thinking of combining it with JUDDD- so M, W, F I do Stillmans and the other days eat what I like (moderate carbs, whole foods).
I have ordered a used book from Amazon and haven't received it yet, so everything I've learned has been from this check in :sing: I've lost 2.2 lbs in 3 days so pretty excited!
