Yesterday I met my challenges. I didn't lose any weight, but that's ok. It will come.

Does anyone find the cravings unbearable during TOM? I'm so proud I have 2 weeks under my belt, but this weekend was a wash, wasn't bad with the carbs, but there are no carbs on stillman's lol. Yesterday, I was perfect until I got home, but my body has been craving salt like you wouldn't believe. I ended up having chips and salty popcorn, thank god I worked out the past 3 days, but still it won't help me with trying to not retain water. I think I'm going to have to wait it out before going super strict and allow myself the farmer's cheese and maybe diet soda so I won't feel so deprived?? I thought after being on a diet so long your body taste buds reset, or maybe my body just really needs the salt?? Confused, but determined, lol! Have a great one

Plus.. I bought my kids a trampoline for Easter. . I still haven't gotten on it. .but it looks inviting.. except. . I just know my jowls will be flapping and my bat wings will be flying!!

OK. Dry tuna and tomatoes for snack before I head home. I found if I eat a little something, I'm not starving by the time I get home. .I am slowly weaning off carbs. just a few veggies here and there. . nothing processed. . CAVEMEN Rock!!! I cooked up some burger last night and also bought some chicken breasts for the grill.. so I may have a burger stuffed breast!!!! LOL I'm all about quantity, gals!!!

Good Morning, Gals!
OK. .so the scale was kind to me this morning. I finally busted out the wallet and got myself a new digital scale a couple of months ago so that I know my weight to the ounce. . . .The verdict: I'm down 2!!! . .). . Anyway, I packed up my lunch wagon today. I have chicken (grilled), cheese stick, small salad, burger, tuna and more chicken. .do you think I'll get hungry? I'm all about being prepared for a natural disaster.. Seriously. .what if my generous co-worker were to bring me Dill Pickle popcorn again like she did last week (It is one of my favorites!!). . I have to be armed with something to eat, right? My thoughts, exactly!!! OK. enough babble. must get to work. . Hang in there gals. .we can do this. My son graduates in 2 months and I have to have some of this belly fat gone to enjoy HIS day. .I know there will be pictures! Goody!!! ![]()

I promise that I will look after my body and treat myself with respect. I promise I will not look in the mirror (every day) and point out my flaws. . instead I will try to find something to compliment myself on. I promise that I will never weigh what I weigh today. I promise I will not give up on my journey and I will acknowledge that I will have days that I want to give up. . but I REFUSE!!. Been eating tuna, chicken breast, and pork chops. Ive been drinking LOTS of water, a few cups of coffee w/ S&L, and one diet coke at night. I had a few hard bioled eggs yesterday but threw out the yolks.
BORING. but Im down 2. Going to the warehouse today to stock up on more meats!!! I love meat shopping!! |

I've hit a stall. I'm pretty sure it's the cheese I've been eating. I'm going to eliminate that, add tuna in replace of packaged ham I ate for lunch yesterday and continue with all of my other plans. 169 Hopefully I will have a result tomorrow.

Good morning! It is so good to see my friends doing so well! I have had a hard time getting back on plan since my Sunday slide. I brought the girls back to my house last night and had my usual breakfast this morning - that really helps. I've settled down and am emotionally ready to be back on plan. So, hopefully, Tuesday will show another loss! I lost another pound this past week. My DD is doing some better - she has physical therapy today and hopefully will get the script for an MRI. But at least she is moving some now and able to drive herself the short distance to the pt's office. I'm about to pack up the girls and head back to her house. Eggs for lunch!

I am crawling out of my rock.
Life has been tough for a few months. Not just dieting...everything. I am finally out of my funk and feeling great mentally. Ready to get my body the way I want it!Today is day 2 of strict Stills. I have no plan other than to go day by day. It is too hard and disappointing when my goals fail. My intentions are to succeed this time by taking it one day at a time for now. In my life I have quit smoking and caffeine, surely I can quit eating badly! It is good to see a lot of you posting lately. Looks like we have collected some other people to. ![]()
