Thanks I will definitely try that! At least just to get a different flavor from time to time. I am pretty picky as it is so, Every day I am only having hard boiled eggs for breakfast and snacks, and either turkey burger or chicken for lunch and dinner....getting boring!

a dill pickle omg i would probably kill someone for a dill pickle, only my 3rd day back on and it is almost unbearable...mom is fixing fried cabbage, and fried potatoes the smell is killing me!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh......i need variety!!!! but this is the only diet i can lose on!

Everyone is different. I don't eat them a lot. Well I haven't had one in 4 or 5 weeks. BUT a small piece in my opinion can stop the crave and it's better to stop the craving instead of giving in to FrankenFood.

GEE fried cabbage and fried potatoes. That's hard I am sure. THE smell may even trigger the production of insulin. GO get Vicks suave and put some under your nose!

Happy Saturday!
Yesterday was day 12 I ate:
2 chicken breast
1 egg
2 cups of coffee with 2 sweet and low in each. I also added a tablespoon of fat free creamer I know it's off limits but in had too! Haha I was craving coffee!
I also cheated a few times this week on I ate some popcorn at the movies and when my boyfriend got kfc I ate a piece of "grilled" chicken and a few bites of Mac and cheese! Oh no! Lol

Starting weight April 1st: 169
current weight April 14: 161

Idk why but I have had no appetite! I've had to force myself to eat

Hello!! Where do I post how much I have lost since the challenge started? I am down from 176 to 163 so I am actually down 13 pounds!! I NEVER lose weight this quick I am kinda in shock!!!

Lost weight last year due to general low carb but Stillman-ish.

Gained 15 pounds or so back.

Today I am going to start hardcore Stillman - and you are going to be seeing me a lot in this thread. =)

You can just go to the Atkins forum and go to Atkins 72' extended Induction and record your weight. Just cut and paste and record.

oh my gosh I won??!!!! Ah that is insane!! Haha Mary Louise-the pickle DID help bc I didn't want to eat ANYTHING after that! I hate pickles! After that day I didn't feel like eating much anyway. I suppose that is what help me lose so quick....but I am still sticking to it. My husband and I took the kids to the beach today and I did NOT want to be putting my swimsuit on....still have a long way to go until I will feel comfortable in doing that!

Okay tired of being a chubby Grandma!

I've lost weight with Stillman's before and I am going to do it again with this board. Going to weigh myself tomorrow and get this chubb that I have been hanging on too since I have been in my 40's. Let's see....I think I am about 168 and I am going to get to 130.....I've got the water, eggs, meat and I love the cottage cheese......we can have that right? Well folks, I hope you will allow me to join you. I have been making promises to my grandkids much too long to take them swimming.....now is time to do it and buy that new suit!

We have the same goal weight and so does MaryL. This is a Stillmans thread, but the challenge is on a Atkins 72' thread. MaryL. doesn't care what woe a person uses in the challenge,,,,but she does like her woe. She has lost over a hundred with it too. I personally don't mind a little fat in my woe, but not too much. And not the bad kind (unless I'm in a bad mood) I've got to watch my lipids.

So glad to have you here Grandma,,there is alot of young upstarts on this thread and they are inspirational....But we Grannies
