i was actually very behaved this weekend! i haven't let myself cheat once since my first day last monday. it has been really hard though! and pixie i tried drinking black coffee but i put 3 sweet and low in it! lol and took really small sips but i could not drink more than 3/4 of it! so im pretty sure i had my caffeine withdrawl last week because i had a pounding headache for the first 4 days then it went away! i feel fine now

this morning when i weighed myself i was 163. down 6 lbs total so far

ahhhh you go girl! I totally hate sweet and low....i usually only have cream in my coffee anyway. I think I will just have to stop drinking it Thanks for the suggestion though I'm glad you don't have the withdrawls anymore!

Well I spoke to soon. Yesterday I had to go to a restaurant and I got grilled chicken but it came with curly fries! Of course I ate them lol but no weight gain this morning! Back on track today!

I am on track ladies. I made it through yesterday on plan.

I was wondering if you all have any farm type of cheese in your diet. It's mentioned in the QWL plan. I couldn't actually find that type exactly, but at Walmart they have several queso types in our area that I've heard are very similar. I love it . I'll get the name for you, but they come in usually round shapes and they are white. I just cut them into 8 or 10 wedges and have one or two a day.,


Shall we send out a search party for Repto?

Have you Starbuck lovers ever tried the Chai Tea. One time i was kind of stressed out and as I sat there drinking it, I noticed I just started feeling great! They have a wonderful blend there that has calming affects.

I decided to check out chai teas online and found out it can have that affect if it's blended right. I just get the hot tea with no sugar or milk. I also ask for a glass of ice and make myself an ice tea too. We hang out long there and talk, so it's economical too.....

I'm feeling a lot better. I just have to be more careful since this diet is so limited. I don't want to create blood sugar problems since I've never had a problem with it before.

back on plan, i was off for a few days because of the easter holiday, so back on plan yesterday and i think i already have the carb flu, i slept from around 7pm til 9am, and only reason i am up now is bc i had to get up and pee..lol...hopefully i will not be as tired today!!! sorry haven't been around much.

I wasn't hungry at all yesterday but I forced myself to eat a little something

by the way i was up around 7 pounds....wth! this morning after being on plan a day i was down maybe 3 of them...but i couldn't get my water in yesterday..not even close...out of the habit...so today i have to really get to drinking!! i imagine a lot of the weight loss was just salt intake, food was so darn good though...and the cadbury eggs, and chocolate bunny etc....

Hey Girl,,,,,,Missed you

So I know my body is still processing the Easter Splurge. But I've been on my plan faithfully since Monday and the scale is beginning to move.

I just wanted to say, I know Stillmans says to eat when your hungry. But I'm gonna do the mini meal thing. just a suggestion for you all. There is apparantly fat burning that keeps continuing with eating the mini meals that otherwise your body thinks it's starving if you stretch it out to long. So I have a plan that includes the mini meals to keep the fat burning going. I'm doing like an egg and a slice of ham. And I have a big pot of soup ready that I made with chicken for anytime. But if I want to make my minii meals seem bigger i just do a bowl with it. I get the kind of ham with no carbs and 25 cal. a slice. Last night my tummy was upset so I did drink a couple cups of almond milk. So my
total carbs was 2.

I'm hoping MaryL. doesn't peek in here and spy on us.

That's because you must go to sleep first for the Woosh Fairy to work. Then you wake up the next day with some pounds gone. Or it could just be the swoosh fairy is needed here. In that case you go potty and flush,,,,swoosh 4 pounds gone. Either way you win.

I had every intention of doing tuna instead of ham, and eliminating the cheese, but I forgot a can opener at work, and ate the ham, and by the time I got home I was starving because I had to run to the grocery store to get something to cook, so I ate two pieces of cheese. It is the TOM so I guess losing a pound is good. I'm glad I ate jello instead of chocolate.
2-Turkey Burgers
2-string cheese
shredded ham
2 sf jello (Can I eat jello on Stillman's?)
A few pieces of turkey jerky
Down 1 pound. 168.

still working on getting back to my pre easter weight lol! exactly 2 pounds away now..it probably wouldn't of been as bad but i was off plan saturday, sunday, and monday lol! and ate bad all 3 of those days. saturday had mcdonalds bc i didn't want to thaw out chicken that i knew i wasn't going to eat over the weekend, sunday was easter dinner and some candy, and monday was left over easter food and more candy! my TOM will be creeping up here soon..my back sure does feel like it, been hurting pretty bad.

see you girls are doing a challenge, i missed out on that one..seems like there is always something going on that i have to cheat for..next week is my moms birthday, i don't know what we are doing yet.........

i did get to the store yesterday and got some food, got some of the lite laughing cow well generic version..hopefully that is an okay food.

Great going607! Anytime you do SFjello instead of chocolate it's a good day.

Repto if you want in on the challenge you can still join. You would just have to go with your current weight, but it's the first to get to 12 pounds and a big whoosh could get you there. But anyway glad to see your refocused. Man birthdays are hard. Maybe ask mom if she'd like a filet mignon cake this year?

Oh my gosh.....I need to find something else to do besides wandering around the kitchen! Every time I make my son something to eat, I start to want it! I totally hate hot dogs and now that I'm making it for him I want one I hope I won't have that feeling forever...I thought it was starting to go away and now it is coming back! I am down 7 pounds since Monday so I do NOT want to mess that up!!

pixistix~ To LCF's. I am not on your WOE but I can feel the trouble you are in.

When I have been this way I eat the most sour thing I can find. A good sour dill pickle usually helps me.

Congrads on losing 7 pounds in such a short time frame! Thats GREAT!!!!
