I always track my packages on amazon.com. Just click on "your account" and then click on "orders". there is a button on the right that says "track package" and it should tell you exactly where it's at right now, what day it shipped, where it went and when you can expect it.

When I was ordering Christmas presents for the grand kids, I was tracking everything. One of my Barbie Dolls on tracking info said it had arrived at our local post office so I was expecting it the next morning. When it did not come, I called USPS. The postmaster checked his computer and found out it had arrived, but then was accidentally sent back out to a P.O. 55 miles away!

I'm glad I called 'cos who knows where else it would have gone

Oh, and after you click "track" I think you also have to click "show details".

It'stime, I'm about 5'4" when my curly hair isn't sproinging up in all different directions. 120-125 is about right for my frame as I recall from back then. Was underweight all of growing up and young adulthood despite being able to throw down like an NFL linebacker, 120 or so through late 20s early 30s, then it crept up a bit over the years but nothing too scary.

Medical problems caused significant loss of mobility past seven years or so, pain meds also slowed metabolism, natural changes with aging, and far, far, far too much sugar and refined carbs, especially for a suddenly very inactive lifestyle, and suddenly hit that painful start number you see in my profile.

well Marge I understand it's harder to loss weight with a loss of mobility, but those sugars and bad carbs make me feel downright sluggish.

Since I'm back to the Lowcarbing I'm feeling so good. I don't get all that much exercise. i need to work on that. But i actually feel like moving now. How much mobility do you have, if i may ask?

well today will make one week on stillmans yay..

TOM arrived yesterday..boo...
i just hate that it had to interfere with my first week on plan, i guess tomorrow would be my official weigh in for the first week, i am still at 7.8 which is great considering my other attempts on other plans, so can't be sad about that one! really do think i am ketosis, i wake up every morning with a foul tasting mouth and even brushing my teeth only seems to take the edge off..just have to deal with this temporary water/bloat weight and not let it get the best of me

i have seen myself gain 10 pounds during TOM, i guess the next few days will see how my body is going to deal.

but yay its friday

No problem; we're family here, right? I can't walk more than a couple of hundred feet without severely hobbling and can barely make it back to my car in the gimp spot after going to grocery store or Costco. But mercifully, I can ride this exercise bike a friend was able to pick up for free (used, but still in good shape), am up to hammering out at least seven miles, twice each day!

And yes, I do feel a lot better low carb and no junk, so much more energy!

reptogirl, if you're at that level of loss right before your TOM, that sounds like it may be even better than you think – isn't that usually one of the heaviest times, too?

well my TOM came yesterday but then disappeared, so i don't know whats up with that.

i tried tracking the book on amazon and wouldn't you know it there was no tracking information for it, there was for our all ready delivered dvds..go figure..maybe it will come tomorrow!

i am nowhere near the point of feeling like exercising, maybe it will come in time.

I'm gaining the past couple of days after plateauing the few days prior, just started TOM yesterday so I'm hoping that's it and it'll magically go away after, but I thought the weight gain was the week before, not during! So it's getting a bit scary here. 149 to 151 past couple of days.

Subway and veggies.....great choice!!!! Good for you, Darlin'!!! Listen to your body. You have lost 9+ pounds and that's a lot so quickly. Your Mum is right. A nice healthy FD is good. You can go back to the protein tomorrow or the next day. Just stay healthy.

Wow Your doing Great Reptogirl!

I didn't stick too closely to Stillmans on my DD. I had a quest bar,,,,,very filling and 2 medifast and 3 pieces of chicken and a glass of almond milk for a total of 630 calories. I peeked at the scale and am hoping to be at 160 tomorrow. It was 163 tonight. So it might be there. My last Down Day didn't make it. I did 1330 calories. but on the brighter side. I'm not totally pigging out if i slide off a little. That all or nothing mind set is what has defeated me in diets before. It goes like this,,,,OH well I went off plan a little, so I may as well eat everything in site. Next day I wake up with a total bad feeling. Like I went out got drunk and beat someone up at the bar. Well maybe not that bad, but I just feel yukky.

160 today! Yeeeee! It was my goal for March. Now I just need to solidify it.
Then my goal for April is 150. If I do more great, but just to make it will be so neat. I haven't been there for years and years.

well i really didnt pick up anything from the book regarding the qwl diet, but i am sure it will be helpful if i want to switch it up to a "bizarre one dimensional diet"

i haven't been to the library to check for dukkan, buying anything else is out of the question for awhile, we had to buy a new lawn mower. well the .2 i lost yesterday found me again today .. i am so ready to be done with all this water retention bc it is starting to frustrate me. and i really just need to see the scale start to move. ahhh

Hey Repto,
I love the book. it is old and you will notice that he says things people just wouldn't get away with these days, but i just found that entertaining. You will also notice all the different plans he has besides the one we usually do here. I love the overall attitude, Whatever it takes. I am a believer in making sure to get all your vitamins and being healthy too. Tweaking for that kind of thing is worth it.

Wow thanks! That's so encouraging.

I kind of fell into Judds in a neat way. My hubby is doing Medifast so I was just gonna try and use some of it with my own lowcarb plan. So some days I was really,,,,,,and I mean REALLY over my calories. So the next day I just tried to be good. It ended up that I only lost 5 pounds less than him and he is good all the time on his plan. So i noticed Judds on the Calorie Counting Thread, which i recommend because it's easy to keep accountable. The lady who started it is doing Judds and I thought, "Wow I'm sort of doing that with my screwing up and trying to straighten it out the next day." So I'm trying to do Stillmans on my DDs

But I have realized if I mess up, just try again next DD. So I have actually been messing up all month and still lost 15 pounds. I am actually having fun with this!

So you can go to the official Judd site and find out where your calories should be and just start. One thing I've really been trying to do is stay lowcarb on both days. That just helps from hunger really setting in. But there really seems to be a lot of grace with this woe. We need GRACE

Are you sure you got the right book? That doesn't sound like it. The QWL is in the beginning of the book.
