hi guys, haven't been able to get back on plan...yikes...i tried one day and realized i didn't have the food to get back on, right now dealing with a sick pet, has to have surgery tomorrow, and of course that is out of town, so that makes it hard, i am hoping when she gets better things can calm back down, but just thought i would check in and see how everyone is doing.!!!!!! hopefully i will be back soon, on plan

I am so sorry your pet is sick We love our pets so much and it is so hard when they are sick.

Having the correct food does help doesn't it! I dont even have one egg in my fridge. I MUST go to the store and I dont want to!

retogirl please come back and we all will be stronger together. Join the challenge and you will have so many Friends to help you get back on plan....

I am claiming my prize as we speak! My daughter was sick and since we just moved, I was having to find a dr and all that fun stuff...anyway she is better now I am stuck at losing no more weight...I suppose it is better than gaining though! Hope everyone is doing well

Here are my favorite 12 reasons in no particular order:

-So one day i can actually eat some strawberries or even a slice of cake and know it won't hurt me....meaning i will go right back on plan because by then this woe will be ground into my head!

-Get to try more low carb recipes even desserts

-Because I can finally stop buying Diet books

-Because I won't hate getting my picture taken

-Because the husband would love it

-Because I want to fit into my old skinny clothes that i have saved so long

-Self Esteem

-Because I AM WORTH IT

-Make my family proud of me

-Love my body again

-Be healthier

and I am adding 1 of my own....so I can run around with my kids (4 and 1) and enjoy doing it!!

Sorry this took a while to post but, I am going to print this list out and hang it on my fridge! WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

Well what happened to MaryL thread is it got so big the shut it down so it wouldn't slow down the site. She is now at part 2 of the same thread. You just go the the Atkins 72 forum and you'll see it. MaryL hasn't changed her siggy yet.

Cool I will move it to the 72. It is still here. They had to open another thread. It has a part 2 now. Great idea putting it on your fridge! Print it in bold and put them all over your home.

well two days of being good after one night of nut eating frenzy. Glad to be back on plan and hoping for good news tomorrow

haha i am still here! Just not losing anymore weight and kinda slacking off now....ugh. I do well for a few days and then lose self control. It is especially hard because my husband is not dieting and doesn't understand why I am (seriously?!) but, I want to get back into the swing of things tomorrow.
