Okay......165 lbs

And had two eggs for breakfast and a coffee that had a spit of skim milk which I have to check if creamer of any sort is allowed on the Stillman's plan. Anyway.....need to lose at least 30 lbs to start looking at some swimwear. Now time to update my profile.

Started yesterday. Had egg, chicken, and some chicken broth.

Today, I need to get some PAM to cut the olive oil consumption.

Wish me luck.

Oh, and I think my carbs mostly come from coffee - Splenda, cream. But couldnt be more than 10g/day.

Stillmans is your Atkins 72 without the fat and add cottage cheese. The basic quick weight loss rules are on the sticky note. But basically I've summed it up.

I tweak it for me. i do some fat. I have his book and he has a variety of other diets and his attitude it not to be dogmatic about any particular plan, but get that weight off however you can.

He was talkin about the British physicans recommended a low carb diet and that the majority of American dieters, having read books by me, as well as by Drs. Taller, Stillman, and Tarnower had created such an awareness of the principle of carb restriction that such dieting was elevated to ' fad' status.

Frances I am starting to think the same thing. I think some ppl misunderstand the prinisble of Atkins. It is not all about fat. It is more about the other BAD things as in flour starch and the such and most important the not real FOOD!

I'm not saying fat is bad. OH no I am not saying that. But too much of anything is bad.......

well many plans work, we just gotta get it off and keep it off. For me I actually feel way better doing lowcarb. i can't do to much fat, so i'm gonna try and stick with stuff like CO, Olive Oil, flax oil, Sardines, Avacados but not all in one meal. Oh yes I can't forget a little cheese. I'm really only allowing myself one or two fat meals with this woe. So that makes it different than Atkins72

Ok I will tell all. My hybrid diet is a mix of the soup diet, mini meals principle (to reeve up the metabolism) Stillmans and Atkins 72.

eat every two to three hours just 100 calories with a meat soup.

Soup any time. Only meat and broth and spices

Stay as close to 0 carbs as possible

May have a couple of meal with fat

A couple handful of lettuce

vitamins and Minerals and phyllium hush for potty. Biotin for hair

That's what I'm gonna do until I go camping May2.

I believe i will lose a pound a day. Although as i saw last time that's not fast enough to win your challenge. At least last time

You are grazing. Does the p.hush have carbs? Biotin for hair...Is something wrong with your hair? I am a retired Cosmetologist.

Hadn't Brittany just started her diet? I was thinking she had and it explains how she lost so fast. Have you seen her around? She has the honor of choosing the best reasons to stay on plan.....

I am going to bed....I am still very wore out with Bday week of fun!

Yes I'm grazing, but it's easy. The soup is substantial. About the psyllium husks it has fiber, but I think it cancels the carbs out. At least i hope so. The biotin is a great vitamin for the hair especially doing quick weight loss. Hair can fall out....
