I love the messenger bag - I just don't like how they look on me! I don't need anything else to draw attention to my huge boobs and belly! : 0

a nice big one will make you look a bit smaller. And you don't have to wear them crossbody. If you're not tall then you don't want to go too big. They're very practical. Coach is having a 70 percent off secret sale but it's only until 2PM today........

Runnah: I roasted a turkey yesterday. Yum! now I have something to munch on all weekend. I do always have hard boiled eggs on hand because they do the trick, are quick, and tend to kill my appetite.
I've also found that drinking fresh brewed iced green tea is an appetite killer for me. I have Bentley's regular, mango, blueberry and pomegranite. Lately I've been squeezing half of a nice juicy lemon in it. I bought a Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Maker and it rocks! ![]() ![]() One other thing I've mentioned before: Zip-N-Steam bags. What a life saver! If you don't have any hard boiled eggs, Just crack a few eggs, toss them in the bag, zip it closed and squish them to break the yolks. Toss in the microwave for 2.5-3 minutes and then let it sit there for a few minutes so you don't burn yourself! Yummers. You can add seasoning, leftover ground beef or turkey or even stir in some cottage cheese while it's still hot. You don't have to use cooking spray but you could add a teaspoon or 2 of water if you want it more moist. Anyway, it just steams it perfectly and they turn out light and fluffy like an omelet.

Tried to get a purse picture in here. Didn't work. Darn.

Hey yam yam thanks for ur advice I will definitely try it!!! Do u monitor ur calorie intake also? I'm just nervous I do kickboxing and I know I'm burning atleast 500 cals and I feel full but my calculations are showing I'm eating only like 400-500 cals a day. I don't know like I don't want to be undereating u know?
I'm nervous I have the bridal shower this weekend at a restaurant I have no problem passing up sweets and pastas what do u recommend I order for the main course? Salmon? I just know it's going tk be calorie laden bc they probably cook it in butter ugh! I honestly wish I didn't have to go bc than I'd be able to know I'm sticking to stillmans by eating foods I know are ok and thst I have prepared Does thst sound nuts??? |

Good morning! I'm off in a bit for a meeting that lasts until 4. ug. Lunch is served and is usually high carb. So, I'm taking two tuna pouches. I've been bad with the Bites, Licks, and Tastes the last few days and need to reel myself in. Week two has always been hard for me for some reason. But I'm on fire and I'm going to wear a new dress and new shoes today. So I will be feeling good. And when I'm feeling good, I have no problem staying on plan! Happy Saturday!

Check this out from a book by Dr. Berardi:
Hunger is not an emergency Many people think hunger is an emergency and panic when it kicks in. But hunger is just a feeling. Commit an entire day to fasting, and you’ll realize that hunger really isn’t something to panic over. Nothing really bad happens if you miss a meal or two. After all, our prehistoric ancestors didn’t have a Taco Bell on every corner. We evolved to deal well with hunger. Allow yourself to get hungry. Then sit with the feeling rather than trying to make it go away immediately. Physical vs. psychological hunger Often when people think they’re hungry, they’re not experiencing true physiological (body) hunger, but rather psychological (head) hunger. The better you know the difference between the two, the better you understand your body’s signals. By the end of the day, you’ll feel real body hunger. In the future, use that feeling as a reference point to interpret your appetite correctly. Eating as a privilege I’m the Director for a non-profit called The Healthy Food Bank. We raise funds and food for food banks throughout North America. Most of that goes to families who are “food-insecure.” They’re not people sleeping on sewer grates. They’re people who are barely scraping by. They have food, just not enough to feed their kids every meal, every day. Taking a day to fast reminds us that there are people out there who fast regularly - not voluntarily - but because they don’t have food. We’re reminded that eating is a privilege. Eating as a responsibility Eating is also a responsibility. When we cram our bodies full of fast, processed, lowquality food, we’re not taking that responsibility very seriously. A day without food resets our perspective. We can remember to not take eating for granted. Food marketing Food advertising and marketing often flies under our radar when we’re fed. But that’s exactly what makes it so effective: It works on our subconscious. When fasting, everything changes. Food marketing jumps out at us. We’re aware of the manipulation. With awareness comes power. No more mindless junk food runs prompted by billboards or radio commercials. Now you’re in control. ...just sayin' |

Thank you CCGirl , Mim and yam!
Well the shower lets just say I got salmon but it had like some sort of oil on it I mean I don't know much about cooking I was never taught and I'm a 25 year old who has no interest in Cooking the only thing I cook are eggs. !! Anyway so yeah I ate like half of it and that was all I had some lettuce but didnt add the dressing bc I'm sure it was calorie sugar and fat and carb galore!! I have this tendency to do really well during the day and crash at night and I'm Honestly sick of sabtoging myself bc of my emotions ... I waited up all night for this guy to call me well he had texted Said he would call well what do u know no call and what did I do? Yeah I started BINGING on junk like a complete FOOL! So Yeah I felt so sick from the sugar that I completely felt worse. I feel terrible like now this morning I ran 2 miles but it started raining so I stopped. Today I've eaten 120 caps of chicken breast and black coffee and my stomach feels huge.I feel so dumb like why is it so difficult to just stick to the plan and so as I say I am? Why do I have to take my feelings and shove them down my throat with fold I don't even want? Guys I need ur opinions what u do when u feel bad or maybe even a little sad? I want to succeed here but at this rate I feel like I'm not going to it's like this wedding is a month away I can't lose 30 pounds I can't lose 20 pounds hell I don't think I'll lose anything in time! Ehhh I gotta figure something out I k ow u prob all think I'm insane but I'm really not I just want to be happy with myself , my weight and not engage my emotions and turn to food. |
