What a difference a week makes! I started Stillmans Monday down today 8lbs so far. Drank my 1st diet soda today wow was it sweet. I have only had one cup of coffee in the mornings and water the rest of the day nothing else. Only had chicken and eggs well I decided to make my own deviled eggs with mustard and dill relish sure was better than just HB eggs. I know the weight I lost this week was nothing but water but it sure is better than last Sunday drinking regular dr pepper and scarfing mini milky ways. Was craving sugar last night really bad but didnt cave in so now hopefully I will start to lose actual weight and fat.
