OK still new beating myself up and STUPID!!!

Well today I had my regular chicken and eggs only difference is the chicken breast was wrapped in bacon and baked. Soooo how much trouble am I in for tomorrow? I just started this on monday did it a few years ago but was too restrictive. And was down 2.5 lbs this morning.

Seriously, I don't think you did damage. One thing I have learned about Stillman's is that you can do a few "Atkin's" type things and be OK. You can also do Dukan, which is more of a modern, updated Stillman plan. It's way less restrictive but works even better!

Don't beat yourself up! And repeat after me: "I am NOT stupid!"

Hey WGT! Do you know where you will be locating in northern CA? It's the loveliest place on earth. I was born and raised in Pennsylvania then went to work in Washington, D.C. where I met and married DH. He got a transfer to CA and we have been here ever since.

Our house is on Lake Tulloch its 70 miles north of Yosemite we got the house for a wedding present. My MIL lives in the bay area so she goes and checks on it for us. We lived in Roseville right outside Sac-town when we lived there.

Wow. Pretty unreal. We live in Copperopolis. I'm sure you know where that is! What a coincidence! We moved here from Cameron Park (not far from Roseville) in 2006 when DH accepted an executive position at the local telephone company. He is planning/ hoping? to retire at the end of this year.

If it really happens, we might move back to Cameron Park. Or, if he decides to consult back to the company a few days a week, we may stay. Not sure yet.

We bought our home (brand new then) at the top of the market when things were booming here real estate wise. Now we are under water and don't want to sell. Er, can't sell!!

Anyway, small world, huh? If you move here soon, we could work out at the Saddle Creek sports club together!! (I think I put some pictures on my profile page of the gym and pool). I've always dreamed of having a workout buddy!

We have a Lake Tulloch homeowners association membership. I keep my transponder on my key chain to open the gate. Every summer we rent a party boat and take the kids out on the lake. They also love swimming at the beach and picnic area.

I wonder if your home is one of the ones we look at with envy? All of those lake houses are so beautiful.

Yep. Copperopolis 95228. So cool! You probably typed that before you saw my last message. We do love the lake. It's just beautiful!

Do you ever come to visit? We have a second home and we never rent it out. We go there every couple of months and in the summer sometimes several times a month because it has a pool in the back yard. Do you rent yours out?

Nope. It looks just like a small version of a portable garage door opener.

It opens the wrought iron gate at Lake Tulloch and also at Black Creek Park.

If you have a land line telephone at your house, I'm sure my husband's company installed it. He works for Calaveras Telephone Company which is now called Cal-Tel.

I'll bet if you live right on the lake you have a special entrance? We enter through the gate at the boat launch and swimming area.

To get to it, we drive down Little John road and turn on the street that goes to the gate. I think it's called Tulloch lane or something like that.

Kinda the same but different with us. We own our other house. But we bought this one, too. We thought with the way things were booming here in 2006 that we would live in it for 5 or 6 years and then be able to sell it for a profit

Why knew the economy would take a dive??? Now we can't sell either one because we would never get what they are worth. But we have a huge mortgage payment here.

luckily literally the month before the stock market tanked we sold our home here and we moved into an apt so we dont have to worry about that here. We knew we wanted to be at the lake hubby was in tele-communications in silicon then that dried up he is literally looking for anything out there

Wow. That's very interesting. We will have to get him hooked up with my DH. I would love to find out his area of expertise.

BTW: I sent you a private message on your profile page. Thought it might be good to continue chatting that way and we can exchange email addresses.
