Two day weekend challenge!

Weekends are hard!!! We are all just making it one day at a time. Just some extra motivation for this weekend.

Do you have a plan? I have chicken breasts thawing for dinner and I'm putting a roast in the crock pot tonight. I think having food ready all day (crock pot) on weekends that I can pick at keep me from picking the wrong things while I am off schedule at home.

How do y'all make it through the weekends? If you don't have a plan, I challenge you to make a weekend attack plan for weekend survival!

I made a chicken and cut it into pieces for the whole week. It should last me until next weekend.

One chicken? For all week?!? Man, skimpy skimpy. A rotisserie chicken lasts me two days max!

I made some cajun baked catfish today that was off the chain!!!
Cajun baked catfish. Was a freaking awesome change for me today. Try
It out

Also wonderful if u have a couple lemon slices to squeeze on top

2 teaspoons of each
Red pepper flakes
Paprika
Garlic salt
Chili seasoning
One teaspoon black pepper

Mix with a beaten egg

Toss it in a ziploc bag with catfish filets and bake till
Flaky.
Add soMe cheyanne if u like it super spicy!
