Hi, my name is Jen, :shake:

I am not new to Low Carb or Stillman's. Two years ago I lost 55 pounds on Stillmans and I have gained most of it back. :cry: So, here I am. I am back to ride the Stillman's train to the end of the tracks. I am starting with 90 days of 100% no cheating Stillmans. :jumpjoy:

I will be following the Stillmans QWL plan.

Each day I will come here and post my menu, exercise and weigh ins.

Please feel free to join me in this exciting journey!!!!

I will start tomorrow with my first official weigh in and menus and all. I am so excited!!!!!!

Last time i did strict stillmans i lost 9lbs in my first week, hope to lose 10 lbs thos first week!

Hey Pepperminf and msBombshell, I am doing the same, I started on Monday and have lost 9.75 lbs as of today!!!:) I love this diet

It took me 3.5 months to lose my 55 pounds last time. But I did not cheat... ever!!!

Very difficult night, I am craving carby food big time. Bleh! I can't wait to be back in ketosis. Hardest part is the carb cravings at the start. I will be so happy sticking to it and seeing the loss in the morning! I am in control.
