Jumping in! I didn't weigh myself today, will tomorrow.

Breakfast: black coffee
2 eggs overeasy (cooked w/o fat)

Midday: more black coffee

Dinner: 2 lean ground beef patties, cooked on George Foreman grill
small amount of lowcarb ketchup and mustard

Lots of water, maybe I will have some hot tea later if I feel like it.

I was down 3.5 pounds today! I was starving this morning, so I added some meat to breakfast. So far, my menu is:

Black coffee (w/liquid stevia)
B: 2 eggs and a small, lean hamburger patty
water

Hey everyone, it seems that when I decide to lose weight I always find myself back on the Stillmans boards, I've stalled with my current plan and would love to finally hit my goal weight is 70 lbs away, I'm back to doing Stillmans as of Sunday and Turbo Jam, as much water and no carb flavored water I can stand, its great to see everyone having success on this plan, it really works!

Made a low carb cheese burger quiche enough to last a week... I need more fuel for my intense Cardio sessions so voila. I'm ready tomorrow

Okay, I'm joining! Wait, can I still join if I'm planning on doing lowcarb with wine on super bowl sunday and ditto for valentine's day? all other days are stillmans.

Breakfast: 5 pieces Jennie O lean turkey bacon, 2 eggs.
Snack: two bites of chicken

Lunch will most likely be chicken sausage. Dinner chicken breast.

Has anyone found that they lose better when they don't let their calories go below 1000?

Oh, and this is the start of week 3 for me... i think i'm down about 15 pounds.

All on the stillmans diet. I just bought the book I'm looking to lose
Like 20/30 LB I'm 5"10 and 160 but I do have a decent Amt of
Muscle.

I have one crazy question maybe u guys know and ur going to
Think I'm ridiculous but are we allowed to have bunless burgers from
Fast foos places? Like Wendy's or mcdonalds think there beef is like 80%
Lean I lose bunless burgers but cannot afford 90% lean beef stuff
Is so exPensive
