Don't do it if t will make you feel bad Amg. If its just one meal and you want it and know it will keep you strong then do it and exercise your butt off and get right back on the stills wagon and its all good.

0.25lb loss

My scales were bouncing all over the place this morning so I took the number in the middle. Not sure whats going on with them, usually they are very reliable!

Food yesterday

B - 2 x boiled eggs
L - Spicy mince beef
D - Chicken breast

left my lunch in the fridge this morning grrrrrr will have to have some horrible processed meat from the shop

I'm not telling. I had a gain. Idk whats goin on. Prolly water or a scale issue sumfin. Imma pretend that I "forgot" to weigh and do it again tomarrow.

On the flip side. I got my first "wow u have lost weight compliment" today

DUH! I had a diet coke last night! I remember the last time I had a gain day I also had a diet coke the night before. hmmmmmmmm.....

I know im not "gaining" really, but I still hate seeing numbers going in the "wrong" direction. No more cokes for me.

Hey, congrats on the weight loss comment and try to remember that the scale will be different due to a lot of factors and one diet coke will not cause a big gain. We all retain water at different times. Just stay the course and that scale will continue to move down, down, down. You are doing amazing ladies!!!

I did three weighs in a row to make sure it was consistent today! hurrah. I am starting to 'feel' thinner but not look it yet

Food yesterday

B - 2 x boiled eggs
L - no linch as left it in the fridge at home grrrr
D - spicy mince

Some wine may have fallen in my mouth last night ... it was a bad day so really needed it. prob have a gain tomorrow bah.

On the upside even though I didn't eat between 7.30am and 6.30pm it wasn't that hard, my hunger was easily managable and I didn't feel rubbish or have the usual mood caused by low blood sugar . I love what this diet does for me

Another gain for me. I am not doing anything different. I had tuna for lunch and eggs for dinner and went to the gym yesterday. I even pooped! (sorry!). I'm back to 210 and pissed.

D - can of tuna

Well its slow going this week but I lost a lot last week and my body needs time to catch up. I have learnt that I feel so much better on a very low carb diet and never want to go back on the sugar rollercoaster. I feel like an addict who has broken through their demons and come clean out the other side. No cravings, no constant hunger, no high and low moods, just happy eveness and clarity.

I hope eveyone is doing well. I've lost Amg so please pop in and say hello, leave your menus and comments etc

I'm with ya ratty! I'm just a low down stinky cheater. I had lettuce and broccoli yesterday! Oh I'm dirty! I felt naughty too!!!! By the end of the day, I felt free. Anyways, I was getting my nails done yesterday and the girl says "well u can't NEVER eat sugar or pizza again!!" and I say tp her "I hate hominy.". She says "ME TOO!". So I say. "I never plan to eat that again. Why not pizza? If I can live without hominy and a million other foods that I just "don't like" why can't I live without some that taste good but I still don't want? Just bc u are addicted to them searches and sugar, I'm not anymore. I don't have to have it. Weird huh?". She just can't wrap brain around the idea that I don't WANT pizza or a twix bar.

Sure, occasionally, I'd like something sweet, but I can pass it up. Sugar does not control us anymore!

Keep after it ratty. Ur doin great!

Hah the weekend went totally pete tong. Sat was ok and even shunned the popcorn, pick and mix, and bne and jerries asult at the cinema and then we went to a noodle bar...nothing stillmans or even atkins friendly. Later my and the mum hit the gin

Sunday again started well but ended in chocolate and curry

Ah well I had fun and am back on it

Gutted this morning, I thought that my weekend weight would drop off quite quickly and I would lose a few pounds after a clean eating day but its just not happened. Think I have majorly messed up

I didn't weigh today. In a bad bad mood. Fed up with not losing much and the second you eat off plan it piles on. I'll come back tomorrow with a more positive attitude.
