I ate what I wanted on Christmas eve and Christmas day and one other day in there too. They were planned cheat days. Which I need! I need something to look forward to. Even if it's a planned cheat meal rather than whole day.

My next planned cheat day is January 22. I hope to be down at least to 205 by then!!

April 28. If I keep losing .43 a day (average) I'll be 170 by April 28.

June 30. I'll be at 140 by June 30.

That is serious motivation. I could be smaller than I have ever been by July 4.

Where is ratty today?!? Hope u are out there shrinking!!

I was 210.8 this morning. Another .4 loss! It's not huge drops but it's steady drops. Makes 4.2 pounds on day 6 of stillmans. And a total of 17.2 on day 40 of low carb.

Where my girls at?!?

1.25 gain

Fridays wine came and got me, takes me back under 10 lbs lost

Yesterday food

B - half a chick breast
L - 1.5 chick breasts
D - small steak

I ate really well yesterday considering my massive cravings so pat on the back for that. Yes I got a gain but hey I expected it. I will prob have another tomorrow but hopefully its water so will come off quick. Have a quieter weekend next week..I think...will do as Amg says and be more prepared!

Mantra for the new week...exercise, exercise and more...exercise ...burn baby burn

Awesome loss for you Amg this is when you get your revenge on me and I gain all mine back

Awwww ratty . That stinks. But one night of wine didn't make u gain 1.25 pounds of fat. So keep ur head up. It'll be gone in a day or two plus more. I may have to have a veggie cheat soon, I'm really feeling yucky. Lightheaded, blurry vision ext. I'm gonna up my meat cals today and see if that helps first tho.

Up my meat cals is exactly what I did! I went to golden corral (a Buffett) for lunch and ate and ate and ate meat. Steak, grilled chicken, tilapia, I feel much better. Hopefully, no gains!

They have some mighty temping stuff there. Especially deserts!!! I am
Pretty stinking proud of myself for sticking to meat only.

It helped that the family at the table next to us were all very over weight and stiffing themselves with plate after plate of insanely unhealthy food by any kind of diet rules and then desert after desert. All those kids that were so over weight. Made me sad. I wanna be a better example for my boys. It was good motivation.

1 lb loss for me

well its most of what I had gained gone again. It will be interesting to see when I do have cheats (which I will, I have a lot to lose and its not gonna come off overnight, a girl has gotta have the odd treat) how much they set me back!! I ain't complaining, I would usually have blown it over the weekend and eaten all the treats I wanted.

Yesterdays food

B - 2 egg omlette with herbs - no added fat
L - Roast Pork with veg and 3 small roast potatoes (meal with Mum & Dad)
D - small amount of lean beef mince with some spices

Yesterday was another not perfect day so I will see what my scales say tomorrow.

Go Amg your really rockin this diet

I wish we had golden corrals over here...they sound perfect for stillmans eating out

I was scared to weigh also.. I know my gym sessions are gunna stall me for a week as usual... I hate this part! :/

Getting fed up with bouncing around the 207-208 mark now. Need to start being more experimental in the kitchen too as bored of the mince and chicken.....ugh I am in a funk today

Sigh. I find it very discouraging that three lil potatoes make u jump half a pound. If course, technically, we prolly shouldnt weigh everyday. And ur loss is incredible. It's expected to stall just a little. Heck ur body is gotta be in shock!

Now I don't wanna weigh again!

I'm not so happy today bc I busted my but at the gym yesterday and hardly ate anything (not by choice but bc I was so busy). Anyways, I still had a loss so I won't whine . And I'm sure tomarrow will be more.

I am doing pretty great except at night. Im not cheating at all, but I just lay around thinking about eating. I can't sleep! Lol. I get hungry late at night. Anyways, I'm planning a "day off" on the 22nd. Looking forward to that .

Oops my bad, I'll try and edit them later, I got a lot wrong earlier in the week!

Any loss is good in my book

I'm not too bad in the evenings, I just chug a load of water...although I am obsessed with white chocolate at the moment!! I want some sooo bad

Yeah a cheat day sounds a treat, I am going to wait to wait abit since last weekends cheats stalled me for ages!

Idk, I have like alot of anxiety about a cheat day, but at the same time, I feel like I need it. I think that if I don't have something to look forward to, then I may fall off this wagon. I might not feel that way with Adkins, but Stills is SO incredibly restrictive, that I can't see anyone keeping it up for such a long time with NO cheats. And if I PLAN a cheat, it doesn't feel like a cheat to me. I'm not planning to take a whole day, just one meal.
