**SillyErin's Stillman Bootcamp for 2012**
So I'm coming back to the boards for the Stillman butt-kick I need - and a little accountability. It's time to drag out my Stillmans hardcore plan and finally get back on track.
I know Stillmans back and forth, and all the tricks of the trade - and was able to go from 200+ pounds to a size 2! (This included running) My fat clothes have began to get snug (and my tiny clothes are starting to collect dust) So I wanted to see if anyone wanted to join me? ![]() I don't really have a timeline - or any big event I'm planning for... I'm just gonna go head-on, full speed, 100% lean protein for as long as I can starting at EXACTLY this moment. I'll add some IF to the mix, maybe some "free meals", throw in 3 days a week of running - TONS of water...sounds like a recipe for success! I'll be posting my progress....

I am in the exact same predicament, my Fat clothes are fitting a little too well and my skinny jeans are cold and lonely at the bottom of the drawer!
I will join you except I don't run I will try and do some form of Cardio though even if its just walking the dogs. How long did it take you to go from 200lbs to a size 2!? |

Hey Mar!
Its hard to say how long it took me to take the weight off - I'd do Stillmans for 4 months (not straight - I'd have a cheat meal every 5 days or so) and take off 20 pounds. Then I'd stay there a little while, bounce around, go back to Stillmans and get to an all-time low weight. |
