Since working out calms you couldn't you drag them to a mall or something where you could walk a bit? They wouldn't even know it if they were shopping maybe?

We've been sitting here since 8:30, it's now 22:39---I can't believe this was my life. Really. As you said CC I really am finished with that lifestyle-and I know I never ever will go back. I wish I had a grip on everything else though.

do some egg salad for awhile, a little fat smoooooooothes the way....

O they had turkey thighs on sale..........mmmmmmm, I love me big beautiful thighs, baking away in the countertop oven.....

right now in the food stock I have turkey soup, egg salad, chik thighs and a steak waiting for the broil.

Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are always at the ready. I can scarf cottage cheese down as if it were the fountain of youth, I love the stuff.

I am happy to report the cupboard is now veggie free save for some celery and onion which I always keep on hand.

MMS is the seasoning queen.........help us MMS!

Nerm, I have the turkey baking with a teaspoon of Bell's poultry seasoning which is mostly sage. I am a garlic freak, it goes on dang near everything. Old Bay seasoning is good but opt for sodium free, I bought the regular and pretty much use it like a salt shaker it's really that salty.

I use real celery in egg salad, you can do celery seed for the same flavor and less carb but you have to wait for the seeds to soften before eating them.

Extracts (essences in the UK-thank you GT and MMS for teaching me that; O I am so global now

) orange and lemon are a bog hit in yogurt, 1/4 tsp. at most with Splenda and viola'; your yogurt is now ambrosia or lemon meringue pie! A few drops of lime juice and Splends for key lime pie.......

must do the Hoovering BBL...........

I've just eaten a pot of cottage cheese. Having tea and watching reruns of MTV's I used to be Fat. Again I can't believe I looked like theses girls. I've almost ereased that image from my memory!!
