Eaten Cadbury Heroes too!!!!! Thefe's way too much chocolate in this house!! Oh and Santa left me a giant Reeces Peanut Butter Cup-which I ate for breakfast, and toast with Nutella----oh yeah it's all coming out now!!! ( hanging head in shame!!)

Hi all! I've been bad, very, very bad...for two weeks. I'm not going to get on that scale if I can resist my curiosity for a few days. I sure have enjoyed eating whatever...but I'm ready for the buzz I get from being in control...

Hi Becky! I am starting back on January 3rd. I'm digging my treadmill out of the storage unit, my dd gave me a new wii exercise thingy (I haven't looked at it yet), I'm going to buy a total gym, and I'm going to do it! I've been very very bad through the holidays.

Hey Mim!! I woke up this morning saying I was starting back TODAY...but all of the blasted leftover candies & cakes got to me...

I do realize Im in a dangerous spot...I gotta get control!

The gym sounds great...it will great for you...I'm toying with the idea of exercise...I know i need to.

I woke up this morning saying the exact same thing! I decided I would allow myself 2 chocolates or dainties or whatever a day and then I will eat lower carb in general because that way they will last longer and I get a treat! I am sure with all the sugar I have lately I will still start to lose weight and then after newyears eve I will start stills again

I am sad to repot I weighed 154 this morning I haven't weighed that since I started to lose the weigh last spring

once I get back to my regular wight of 145 I think I want to start working out I would like to get to 135 I think maybe even 130 but that is 25 pounds away and that so intimidating although I lost 30 pounds last year and managed to keep it off until the xmas season so I know its possible, right? I think I need to pep talk myself right now I was not happy to see that number

Has anyone Done p90x or insanity? I have p90x but I don't really like it, but am debating just doing it to get back in shape, thoughts?

Sorry I am blabbing all over the board today, my Mom has my dogs for the week so I am bored and lonely

I can't believe how awful I feel when I eat carbs, i really don't know why I do this to myself. I get really constipated and bloated . Tomorrow back to stills all the way. I am having a women's night out, we're goung roller skating yipeee. I really can't wair, DH will take care of th kids while I unwind. I soooo need this.

Mar, you are right...it will quickly come off when you get back on plan!
Nermo, I hear ya...I've gone about 2 weeks now of eating pretty much whatever I want...and the skirt I'm wearing right now is tighter...and my belly is inflated...

I will say that I enjoyed letting go...I enjoyed eating Christmas treats with friends & family...but I can't stay here or I will be over 200 lbs in a couple of months or so. I guess it's like going to Disney World...most folks can't live there, but it's nice to visit every now and then! haha

My plan is to do very low carb with good fat...I know that's not Stillman's...but I like this group of women here so much...there's no other group I feel at home with like here. And if I get stuck I know Stillman's might be what I need to rev things up.

Steak, ground beef, eggs, grilled chicken...that's my game plan to get me back into ketosis.

Skating sounds like a blast!

I also hate the bloaty feeling, Becky you have a point about disney land, I am not sure if you meant it this way but I took it as its ok to vacation sometimes but you gotta go home eventually, vacationing being holiday eating for me and home being stills

I am down to 151 today!

I love Low carb even when I stopped stills I stuck with low carb and treats and a bit of exercise and it worked and I managed to keep the weight off, I think thats what bothers me most when ppl say me how low carb or super strict stills doesnt work because I have done it and it does work!

I know I have gained a bit of weigh over the Holidays but I always do and it doesn't mean I am gonna gain my weight back look I have already lost a few pounds! Last year at this time I weighed 175 pounds! so as poopy and bloaty as I feel know I know it could be worse.

Anyways off to work in the boxing day Madness, talk to you Ladies later!

Just wanted to say Hi. Hope you are all enjoying the festive season. Back to Stills for me tomorrow...don't think I have done too much damage, well nothing a few days won't put right. My tipple... Brandy, coffee and cream, like an Irish coffee. Tomorrow it will be back to water...gonna start high fat coz I have some camembert that I want to deep fry and I have some low carb cranberry that I got from the Megastore...could not possibly let it go to waste. Love to all.

well, yall, I have returned from civilization unscathed. Spent the night in Putnam Lake Connecticut with dad, his wife and her DD and SIL and their three kids. Was much fun. So was the freezing rain and sleet on the way back.
So my stepsister has a celiac kid and another that is a tad on the autism spectrum. She ate up the paleo info I gave her and hopefully will convert the whole fam. Yep, I was a preachin'!

I am making my chicken breasts for work tomorrow and then the BF and I are going out for wings! I refuse to gain weight while dating this guy, if he is gonna be taking me out he can take me out for meat! haha

Way to go Nermo!! I'm on day 2...started TOM last night...so staying off of the scale for multiple reasons!

My TOM has started coming around every 21-23 days instead of the normal 28-30 days...I wonder what's up with that??? I'm 44...could it be the big change starting?? I dunno...gotta love being a woman!

I hope everyone is having a great time whether you are in control or riding w/no hands! Remember your "safe" place!
