Yeah, all went well thanks.

See the surgeon about the nodes on the ...think it's the 14th (original appointment had to be cancelled as it clashed with recent surgery).. his name is Mr Smelly, I had to laugh. Consultant does not think it is anything to worry about but wants a second opinion.

Busy weekend gathering for the feast.......we delayed Thanksgiving due to mum unable to come until Thursday........I practically had to bungee the fridge shut.......

Today makes one week on plan. I lost 7.2 pounds. I am a bit disappointed in that number. I usually lose a few more than that the first week. I think it is the monthly bloat going on.

I am down 7 and not up so that is always fantastic. I am looking forward to the next week under my belt. I am still 6 pounds away from my low weight before I ruined over the last month. I will get there. I plan to be under 200 by Christmas!

Howdy, fellow travelers! I am so busy I don't know if I'm coming or going! I'm trying to get services organized through New Year's day so that my secretary can relax during the holidays. And of course I have all the usual stuff and extra stuff for the holidays. Life is good! I do read, but just haven't had time to post. Soon though, very soon!

hugs all around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know with the holidays cranking forward we may have a quiet board for the next few weeks........the folks arrive Thursday so I'm busy spiffing up, cleaning and generally putting more lipstick on the pig that we call hone.....I have the lights a glowing, the turkey a thawing, the endless Xmas flicks on DVD awaiting...............the area rugs are washed and dried, the bathroom floor is sterile, tomorrow I will fire up the tower for mom and the laptop for dad and do all the updates and cleaning...............I have enough food to nurse Angola..........did I forget anything??????????

Trying to hard not to think about food! I'm an obsessed mad woman lately! I know it must be PMS. .but come on. . I can't stop! I just ate my breakfast and am now thinking about tearing into my lunch! I'm pathetic. .

Still thinking about exercise. . I'll have to start tomorrow. . I wore a big heavy sweater skirt and sweater and boots to work. . (I'm in my black depression mode!). . .so not gonna be able to walk to far today without dying. . tomorrow .
