Oh you were so right about the Paleo book. I looked at it in the bookshop today--and i do not need a book!! Only lf meat, veg and fruit! No dairy, no legumes!

I'll tell you peeps though, it really is a strange feeling. It felt weird cos I definitely don't feel as though I'm that small so I kept staring at the labels to make sure it was true. I still feel as though I take a UK12 or 14---so I always think there must be something wrong with the clothes. And on the 1Nov 08 when I started I couldn't even wear the biggest size in the stores I shop at now. I do thank Stills every day for that. I just wish sometimes I enjoyed it more--oh the shopping, I do!!! But even watching MTV's IUTBF--they were all like I love myself now, I can't believe I look this good, I have so much confidence.......... I just don't feel that. It kind of spoils it slightly. Maybe it will come.

Awww I'm so sorry to hear you're still struggling with confidence. It's so much more than what we look like, isn't it?? I know it will come for you....have you ever gotten to the root of why you were overweight to begin with? Do you feel like whatever that "hurt" was in you, is healed now? Maybe that's something to look at? I have such a laundry list of issues and where they stem from. Food is a coping mechanism for me....and a drug!

I just want you to know that you're one amazing example and I hope one day you will see what others (we) see in you!

No on the 17th!! I know so specific!!! I couldn't do strenuous exercise for a couple of weeks so I'm gonna ease back into it!! Also I want my 'rest day' to be Saturday so I 'll start then. I'll do the fit test before that!! .....i'll prb get 2 of everything.
Also I'd like a body fat % test before I start and then after so I'm looking into it. My scale gives me awful readings and I refuse to believe my % could be that high!! LOL!

I have been a very bad girl this week. I won't bore you with the details. I know we have all done it a million times. You get that one craving and it snowballs into several days of bad eating. One day I will learn my lesson. Hopefully that day is today.

I am back in the saddle again today. I will spend the week playing catch up and move onward from there.

You girls have been really chatty so far this month.

OK.. got my big girl panties on. Pulled up my extra support, control top panty hose, rolling up my sleeves and gonna dig into this. . full force. . Gotta a football game tonight (My son's team is 6 - 0 and gonna be a tough team. .they are also 6 and 0) so I know I'll get a work out just by screaming. .

Eating my lunch. . had a good breakfast and shall not eat any concessions for dinner!
